Cody and his team did a great job turning our 1940's dirt floor garage into a beautiful 400-square foot living space. Cody and his crew were fantastic. They were very easy to work with and responded immediately with any concerns I had and provided solutions. They did very high quality work and were extremely knowledgeable about everything. They were considerate in hauling away debris daily and kept things as clean as possible. Cody has designed, demoed, created, built & repaired our various renovation projects…reimagined sunroom down to the studs/raised ceiling with tongue & groove, wainscoting, new windows, updated fireplace surround/tile/quartz hearth & FP gas insert, wood exterior deck/rails/stairs, screened porch rebuild, kitchen/dining room reconfigure with custom cabinetry/lighting/custom features, new wood floors to complete 100% wood flooring thru out that seamlessly blends with original floors, bathroom updates, guestroom ceiling/shiplap repair/paint, electrical updates, wood siding/hardy board repairs and on & on.

Well, I thought Cody was going to be different than my last contractor, but I guess not. He started on finishing a remodel of one bathroom and doing a full remodel of a second bathroom back in January. After months of increasingly poor communication, he finally told me the bathroom would be completed May 13th, since I wasn't going to be home I left the final check. I know, I'm an idiot for being trusting... but Cody talks a good game.
I let Cody know there were some issues, and he said he'd fix them. He sent out Roto Rooter, but that didn't help. He had me pay a plumber $850 for some work on the house he said had to be done, but honestly I don't know what the hell the plumbers did because nothing changed except the front yard has a messed up hole now.
Here it is, June 7th and my tub doesn't drain, the toilet won't flush, the shower has no hot water, and the electrical switch is messed up.

Do not use this contractor.

Update: Cody did fix the light switch and got the shower to have hot water. He then sent out Roto Rooter to jet the line, but they didn't do a good job so it backed up immediately. I had to pay another company to come out (the quote was $816 to fix everything, but were able to get it down to $500 and they gave me a year warranty). The new plumber let me know that the plumber Cody brought out to dig a hole not only didn't need to do that, but that it's not even level with the clean out and is just exposing the line to roots.

After I published reviews and told Cody to fix the problem to have them altered or taken down, he agreed. But I never heard from him again, he never asked if everything was working and my guess is he knew they weren't.

I would totally recommend their services. I have known them for 6 years and integrity is at the fore front of all they do. In the last 4 years they have had to replace our roof twice (gotta love a good Texas hail storm). The last time was as we were selling our home. We were the first ones in the neighborhood to have our work completed and Cody worked alongside our insurance adjuster so nothing was missed. Cody and his crew are very professional but also down to earth which makes them so very easy to work with. You will enjoy your experience working with this company.

He's highly professional, extremely selective of his crew, very meticulous with planning & executing the project, and interested in making sure the project is not just completed but the results are exceptional. A Plus General Saved the Day! We started a two bathroom remodel on our own. About half way through the first one, we realized we were in over our heads. Cody and team came in and finished the first bathroom and then completely did the second bathroom. they did an excellent job, always on time, right in our budget, friendly and clean. My parents are now using them to do some work around their home. Highly recommend Cody and team.
