Fairfield, CT, A Plus Exteriors in Milford, CT completely transformed my home while being significantly under my budget and less than all of the quotes from other contractors. There is a distinct difference dealing with A Plus Exterior compared to the local Fairfield Contractors who came to my home with a snooty air of superiority along with outrageous prices. A Plus Exterior's owner, Alex, is humble man and instead of using an overpriced architect, Alex came with one of his knowledgeable carpenters, who drew a rough draft explaining his thoughts using the basic footprint of my home, but achieving more livable space and with the lines of a much more modern sophisticated design. Alex utilized a draftsman for drawings to submit for permit approval which saved me thousands alone. Alex, said "Trust Me with your home and you won't regret it." But the lower price difference made me skeptical. I called an executive at Owens Corning regarding A Plus Exterior and I was told that he is considered a premier Platinum Contractor and Owens Corning is willing to not only guarantee their product Alex suggested for 50 years but they are willing to back up his installation 100% for the same 50 years. If Alex is retired or out of business, his workmanship is so good that Owens Corning will have a contractor fix any damage that may happen to their products 100% for free and that guarantee is transferrable to the next owner for the remainder of the 50 years if I decide to sell my home. With that recommendation for A Plus Exteriors from Owens Corning, a multi billion Dollar Fortune 500 company, I decided to Trust Alex. He has a crew of true Artisans at their craft and the before and after photos below say it better than I will ever be able to explain.

Showed up same day to see my house. They worked directly with the insurance and once that battle was conquered (took months) they came to my house and in a day my siding was fixed.
They literally took the stress off my shoulders in working with the insurance company. Which is such a big deal. My siding looks amazing and I’m writing this review months later after a few windstorms. Everything is holding strong. Highly recommend!
