Don't use them. Hired them to replace my roof, they did shoddy work and refused to take responsibility for the damage they caused.

A few months after they replaced my roof, the ceiling in one of my bedrooms started to crack. I assumed it was some horizontal rain from the crawl space vent. Then this year, another crack appeared in the ceiling of the same room in a different spot.

This time I went up to the crawlspace to check and saw that the workers took down the vent shaft from my bathroom vent and left it draped across the cross members. The two spots line up exactly where the vent shaft drooped and ended.

I reached out to Todd who came by to look at it. No mask and nothing but denial and excuses. Didn't even bother to look at the damage inside the house. Kept saying the vent shaft wasn't set up right and stood there stonewalling.

Ive lived in the house for 25 years, never had a leaky roof until these guys replaced it.

All I wanted was an apology, but that was too much for Todd to offer.

Lots of great roofing companies in Omaha, A&P is not one of them. Do yourself a favor and pick someone else so you don't have to spend $1,000 repairing the damage from their shoddy and lazy work.

We would definitely recommend A & P Construction to others. Todd checked in with us often and kept us updated. The crew was hard-working and did a great job. They cleaned up very thoroughly when they were finished. It was a pleasure to do business with this company!

Great experience! Todd was super helpful from the initial roof inspection to working with our insurance company. The communication was exceptional with everyone during the process.
