Where to start... still have the msg from les asking why my gas line wasn't reconnected for the garage heater. Said I'll look into it, then never replied. Had to fix the 3 foot deep tractor tread marks 3 feet deep into my yard and side of house, my yards sprinkler system was destroyed and never fixed. Nails all over the yard.

I live in a townhouse and used A & A for restoration work from water damage from an adjoining unit. Les is AMAZING! He's extremely knowledgeable and thorough and provides great communication. Les MacLeod and his team at A&A helped us with rebuild work after water damage. They were great to work with – they are clear communicators and great listeners, they coordinated seamlessly across everything (wood floor refinishing, tile floor installation, electrical, plumbing, etc.), and were always positive and good natured. They also helped us with some additional work. All of their work was top notch and we’re very pleased to have worked with A&A.

WOW! My first experience with a contractor and I am impressed! We had sewage flood our bathroom and surrounding area. I called my insurance provider and I did a search of their based on quality. I recently had a flood in laundry room that went through the floor and into my basement. It was overwhelming to look at the work needed to clean it up! I looked on line and called A&A. Les was familiar with working with the insurance company and what they needed to process the claim. He walked me through the various steps his team would be taking to mitigate the water damage and also the repair. A water pipe broke and flooded my basement. After contacting the company my townhouse association recommended I contacted A & A Property Restoration. Les came out and was so much more responsive and professional than the other company I hired him on the spot. Les took care of contacting the insurance company and worked with them coming up with a fair bid. His crew started work and honestly I rarely saw them because of the lockbox on the house - I didn’t need to take time off of work. My basement looks better than before and I couldn’t be happier!

Our water heater broke down on us and flooded our home with a 1-week old newborn. I called around to many, many restoration companies, and Les was helpful and caring about our situation and came out as soon as he could to help us. Les was professional and wanted to do things right, do them with excellence. Les is well connected in his industry and insurance companies think highly of him as well. I highly recommend A&A!

After a pipe burst in our basement this Spring, we were at a loss as to where to start. A&A Property Restoration made a daunting and stressful experience less stressful. Les and his team were there every step of the way and took care of virtually everything...and they were so professional throughout the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone. They are THE BEST!!

Look elsewhere. Les is always saying how busy he is, so many damage properties going on with him. I called a couple times to have them come out and redo our ceiling. Our knockdown ceiling looked like a popcorn ceiling. We told him that and he said each application is different, if it's consistent in the room, that's all his guarantee. Yes, popcorn in the kitchen and knockdown in the dining room. Pretty obvious it was a botched job. Everyone commented about it, "did something happen to your kitchen?" Talked to the insurance company again and they said have him fix it. So I called again. Les: "I don't know, I will try sometime to get my ceiling expert out there to see if/what can done, but it's really busy" Never heard back for 2 months again, hired another contractor to fix it, they even said "Were you trying to do popcorn?" Once he got is money, he is nowhere to be heard from again. Oh and getting him to submit the paper work for the mortgage company to release payment, that took forever.

So happy with Les at A & A who oversaw every step of cleanup and restoration after water leak in my basement. Top notch professionals, from plumber to carpenter to carpet installer, finished the job in record time!

In February of 2019 our house suffered a water incursion problem in the attic area. This was when it seemed like everyone in the state was having similar issues. I called a couple of restoration service companies, but A&A was the only one to get back to me the same day (a Sunday!). Les and his team did a great job of identifying the deficiencies that had allowed the problem to occur and quickly put together a remediation plan and got the work done. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome—unless they’d done it for free!

Les and his team were responsive and got the job done quickly. It is always nice to have someone you can trust in a moment of crisis.

There was a water pipe that burst in the suite next to my business, which then ended up flooding my lobbies and one of my dance studios, I was at a loss, I really had no idea what to do, and time was of the essence. I googled water excavation, called A & A, spoke with Les and within an hour he had some of his crew on site. Not only did they do a fantastic and fast job with the clean-up, their restoration work was top notch and Les walked me through every step of the process. A & A has experience working with insurance agencies and knew exactly what they would need and provided it. The whole process could have really been a nightmare but Les and his crew came in and took care of everything, I highly recommend A & A Property Restoration!!

A & A did a great job restoring our basement following a sewer backup last spring. They arrived quickly, gave a fair bid for the work, and stuck with the job until it was done to completion. They brought in quality contractors for flooring, drywall and trim work. I'd hire them again.

Les and his crew helped us repair significant water damage in and outside of our house from ice dams. They worked quickly, communicated daily, were very tidy and careful with our pets (who try to escape at any open door). They also ended up helping with some additional projects on the house - we are very pleased with all of the team’s help!

When water damage occurred to my mothers kitchen due to a leak in the dishwasher, A & A Property Restoration came in within a couple hours of being called, dried out the areas affected, handled the restoration and all communication with the insurance company. A & A Property Restoration made dealing with a bad situation easy.

Excellent response and work by the team that did the water remediation work after a pipe broke in our basement. This part of the experience with A & A was 5-star. However, be sure you carefully read both sides of the contract with A & A before you sign (I did not read the back side, my fault). You will be committing to use A & A for the repair work in addition to the water remediation work or be liable for 20% of the repair estimate. In our case, before any work was scheduled or started by A & A, we decided to do the repair work ourselves. Mr MacLeod stated that since A & A had already submitted an estimate to our insurance company, we were liable for the 20%, which amounted to over $1600. We offered $250 to cover his time in preparing the estimate, and this offer was accepted. I'd rate this part of the experience with A & A as 1-star.

The A&A Group did a great job on my water damage and also the remodeling in my kitchen. I love the way the ceiling turned out and I have received many compliments from other owners in the building. My condo sustained water damage in the ceiling from the unit above it. The first restoration company that came out did an incomplete job of removing moisture from the ceiling and wanted to replace the entire ceiling along with all the insulation.
Les came in and was able to open up the ceiling and one wall to remove the remaining moisture and more accurately assess the damage. He determined that ceiling and insulation did not have to be completely replaced.
The crew from A & A that came in and did the repair work were fantastic. They did such a good job that you can not even see where that damage was and they also did a great job of cleaning up after the work was complete!
If I ever have need of restoration services in the future I will simply call A & A Property Restoration LLC and have them do the work. I am very happy with their services.

There were many things needed to be fixed resulting from the water damage, but A&A took care of everything from restoration, repairs and the carpet installation. Every appointment was on time and extra care for a work-well done.

My experience working with the friendly A&A team was quite pleasant. They were very flexible and accommodated my schedule and were willing to shop around for the flooring materials that I really wanted. We had a major house fire and Les was a suggested contact for us. Within' hours of the fire, he was at our house, getting it boarded up. He was with us throughout the whole process, from the fire, through negotiating the settlement with the insurance company, to rebuilding the house, to following up when we had questions after we moved back in. All in all, I could not have asked for a better contractor than Les and I feel fortunate that we had him and A&A there for us!

We had used A&A Restoration for a backed up sewage line that flooded our hallways and offices. They responded immediately and cleaned up the damaged area. The service was top notch and I really appreciate the one stop shopping. They took care of ordering the new carpet, moving the office furniture, tile work and painting. Would definitely call again.

We had water damage in a bedroom part of the ceiling collapsed and damaged some of the walls. Les the owner completed a very detailed reasonable quote. His team who did the work were very friendly, flexible and did a great job. They repaired the damaged walls and ceiling then painted everything to the exact match. Each day they cleaned everthing up and at the end cleaned the whole carpet. The bedroom now looks better than it was before the damage. I would recommend A & A Property Restoration to anyone.
