They know they're stuff, they explain it well, they make you aware of what else you need but don't use high-pressure sales tactics to get you to spend your money that day on extras, and above all, the company promises annual reminders, which I personally need.

A-1Chimney Pro has worked on my wood stove system twice. The first time was to make a few changes in the system to bring it into compliance for the insurance company and the second visit was to clean the stove and stove pipe.
