Seamless experience. John gave a great estimate and educated me about what was needed. The work happened quite quickly as well. Some rotted wood was found and I was alerted of this and the change in price to fix this problem in a very timely manner. Highly recommend A1 for your gutter needs!

I've used A-1 Aluminum service for gutter and siding replacement/ repair three times now. Melissa who answers the phone is very professional. Jeff and his crew show up on time and they do a very good quality work. One of my gutters needed adjustment after it was installed, I called Jeff and he immediately sent someone to fix it. These days is very hard to find a contractor who will call you back or show up. A-1 is the company you can depend on.

I called them and the owner came over and provided an estimate. It was about a one thousand dollar repair on existing aluminum siding. He said it would be a couple of months before he could get to me. We talked repeatedly and he said I was on the list - but he never did show up. That was about a year ago.

About two weeks later:
The owner contacted me and apologized for losing track of my job and asked me if I still wanted A1 to perform the repair. Since I had used A1 a few years ago and they had done a good job, I decided to have them complete the repair. They were here a couple of days ago and did a good job.

A1 Aluminum just replaced our screened in porch. Was exactly what they quoted and attention to details that made it look awesome.

What a fantastic job this company did for us. Brand new gutters - 6 inch with leaf killer. The staff who worked at our house were great - kept us informed and highlighted and fixed problem areas. They should totally be your gutter company too!

We contracted them to replace our existing gutters due to the price quoted, which was very reasonable. They matched the gutters to our exterior paint and the whole house looks great. They also cleaned up everything. In fact, the only evidence they were there was the new gutters.

Had new 6” K-style gutters and downspouts installed on a detached garage. Price was reasonable, the work looks great, and it was completed earlier than estimated timeframe. Overall, the experience was as seamless as the gutters.

I had this company replace gutters on the rear of the house 4 years ago they did such a good job I had them do the front a couple of weeks ago they did a great job if it wasn’t for having new gutters you would have known they had been there they cleaned up everything I would recommend them any time

A-1 repaired our gutters that someone else installed. Hire A-1 for gutters, they know what they are doing and do it well. They came when they said they were coming and fixed all of the problems that another company created. A-1 also did our storm windows and storm doors in the past and that work was done well.

I asked for a quote and the guy showed up and told me that they can not touch the work I need to have done, wrap facia board with metal and install 32' of gutters until summer. that's 3-4 months away!! I called and asked to speak to a manager and they told me that they did not have one available. unbelievable

So glad we found these guys when we needed to add gutters to our workshop. Friendly and professional from start to finish. Also reasonable charges for the work done. A good experience overall.

A1 did a good job on our aluminum work (new front porch columns, gutters, gutter boards, etc.). It did take some time to get the work scheduled and completed but they were easy to work with and quick to communicate.

I had the gutters and downspout in the front of my house replaced. I think they ended up doing great work which is why I am giving 4 stars. I just did not particularly like how they scheduled installations or lack there of. I was given a two week estimate at first when I signed the bid and when the two weeks passed I wasn't contacted so I followed up and then found out it would be another two weeks but had to continue to be the one to follow up. If you don't have a deadline then I think it would be fine. They also changed the scope on me during the installation and was not able to deliver on the original estimate amount and work. Ended up being more than I thought and they were not able to do what I originally wanted.

Excellent work and outstanding guys! Had the privilege of watching these two install gutters & downspouts in our sub-development and they are in fact A-1! What stood out is they took their time to ensure their work was done correctly. They are extremely pleasant and courteous gentlemen and took great pride in their workmanship. They continually kept the homeowners' well-being in mind while they worked, worked in an incredibly orderly fashion and the cleanup was impeccable. They were very respectful of the homeowner's property and very respectful communicators as well. They have teamwork down to an art and it was evident every step of the installation. The amazing part of having A-1 Aluminum here is they were so quiet and orderly they were like "stealth contractors" - you didn't even know they were outside working. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for gutters, downspouts, leaf guards, siding, sliding doors & windows.

Had gutter guards installed. They were professional and quick with the work as well as being good communicators leading up to the job.

Had front gutters replaced late 2016. Quality of work was excellent and cost beat anyone else. Reason for the four stars Installer left without letting me know the work was completed. Gutter still run-over in heavy rain which is most likely a function of the home build. I would expect to be informed by the installer if other issues were found. I still recommend them when obtaining quotes for gutter work.

John and his crew are top notch. This is the second time I've had them do work for me and they are always responsive, quick to act, and professional. I always recommend them. The work is quality and so are the people.

We love our new gutters. We had previous work done on our old gutters but they continued to leak. Jeff from A-1 came out within 24 hours and gave us a quote on replacement of all the gutters. There was a 4 week wait but it was well worth it. Scott custom made our gutters on site and finished the house in a day and a half. They look great and work perfectly.

I worked with John Combs on screening in our covered deck. We couldn't be more pleased with the results! He spent the time to recommend features, color, and even the right size doggy door. Best of all the price was half of the others we looked at! We look forward to many years of entertaining in our new screened deck

A-1 inspected our gutters and didn't try to upsell us any products or services and just prescribed us only the work that needed to be done which was a good cleaning of our system. They were on time to their designated arrival date and the man doing the work was overly nice, offering tips on ways to save money in the future. He completed the work succinctly and even fixed a nail that was penetrating a shing in the wrong place. When we do any future work or purchase gutters we will definitely be going with A-1.

I would recommend A-1 Aluminum to all my friends. We had the old wrought iron removed from our porch and new columns put in. We also had our old gutters removed and new seamless ones put up. John Combs made the process very easy and made sure the colors we choose were going to match our homes existing trim. We are very pleased with the way it all turned out.

I own and manage a number of residential rental houses. A1 has replaced the gutters and/or installed gutter guards on several of my properties. They have also done repair work where the wood overhang had to be replaced. The price is very reasonable, the crew shows up on time, gets the job done, and cleans up afterwards. A-1 Came out and measured my roof lines for new gutters, a few days later they were back out to print off seamless gutters. I must say they look great, and i was very impressed with their employee Josh. He was very kind and professional, I was impressed that he could hang a 57' gutter all by himself! Great experience! After killing a full day last year cleaning my gutters before I could hang Christmas lights, I made a promised to myself that I would never subject myself to cleaning the gutters again. I called Jeff Elder and his crew put new aluminum gutter guards on our house. Now I am not plagued with trees taking root in our gutters or small waterfalls showing up during rain storms. Jeff also made it so affordable that I could not justify purchasing the supplies and doing the job myself. Great job and experience.

A1 Aluminum has done several jobs for me over the last four years. Actually the first job they did for us was in 1999 - they custom made 35 some odd large storm windows for our house. Since then, we have called them for soffit work, gutters, screen enclosures, and small odd house repairs on investment properties. They have always done everything they agreed to do, when they agreed to do it, in a very professional manner. Their salesman, John Combs, is a wealth of knowledge and always responds promptly to any request. Their install crew is very professional, clean cut, in uniform, shows up when agreed, and have all the tools, materials, and supplies to complete the job properly. No short cuts. One of their best install guys is Dan (Hutcherson?)

I would highly recommend them for any job involving aluminum, storm windows, all siding, gutters, and screen enclosures. I have had them quote replacement windows a few times but never could agree on price. There are a lot of imposters in their line of work these days. These guys are professional and reliable.

A couple weeks after getting my quote, which was a very fair competitive price, two men came and had the gutters and downspouts installed very quickly. I recently needed to have a portion of my gutters replaced and a new downspout installed at my home.
My oldest son told me to call A-1 Aluminum. He had an acquaintance who had used A-1 in the past. I phoned them and was greeted by a human being on the other end of the phone, which was a nice surprise. A service tech showed up at my home in less than a week to perform an estimate. I received the estimate via email and approved the estimate and returned it via fax. I was scheduled for repairs within a week of A-1 Aluminum receiving my approved estimate. The service tech showed up on time and completed all of the repairs in one visit. He was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend A-1 Aluminum.

I called 5 different places and A1 was the least expensive. They came out on time and did exactly what the estimate said. No hidden costs and they cleaned up after the work was done. I have always been satisfied with their work.

We had gutters installed in January 2015. When they initially came out to do the quote, they gave us recommendations of what we could repair ourselves with the wood to reduce the cost. There was initially some confusion over when they were supposed to come do the work, but fortunately the office staff was great and made sure we were informed. We had issues with other contractors not even calling back, but A1 Aluminum was great with the communication. They did a great job and we have had no issues so far. The crew was great and courteous and didn't demolish any of my plants in the process, which I was super excited about! I would definitely recommend using A-1.

A-1 installed gutters on our home several years ago. We recently had them come back out to replace some of the down spouts that had been bent by winds blowing our trash can into them. The new gutters match exactly and were installed quickly by courteous workers.

We got all are overhangs covered and new gutters and shutters and siding. Very professional from start to finish. The materials are top grade. Work was done in a good timely manner. Job done well. Coordinated their work and timing the schedule of the painters who were doing work on the fascia boards before the gutters were to be installed. On time, both in arriving on the job and completing the job as discussed. Reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone who needed new gutters.

Jeff Elder did a great job on my screened in deck. I am 110% satisfied. Not only did he do a quality job, he also did a great clean up afterwards. It's nice to do business with a courteous individual who goes out of his way to do a quality job.

The gentlemen that came out to install the downspouts were very courteous and professional. They actually found a way to save us about $100 by fixing the problem in a different way than originally planned. We would use them again and recommend them to others.

When we needed some follow-up repair and cleaning on a gutter A-1 had installed years ago, they promptly responded and took care of the job in a timely manner and with extra care to clean up after themselves. The overall job they did more than ten years ago has stood up well over the course of time, and is still providing the protection we were promised. These are good people to work with.

My husband chose this company to do the replacement work we needed because the price was lower and the correction was better than other estimates we got. The guys swiftly did a great job of correcting problems with the gutters that were placed incorrectly on the house when it was built a decade ago. Very well pleased with the end results although we had some communication delays in getting the job started.

We used A-1 Aluminum to fix our soffit where birds were able to enter and cause some minor damage. They had someone out the next day to see that damage and submit a quote. Quote was better than expected and immediately schedule to have fixed, which was done timely and professionally. Will not hesitant to use again.

Greg Elder at A-1 Aluminum was quick to respond with an appointment and estimate. The price was very fair. The crew showed up on a Saturday and finished our 2500 sq ft home in a day.
