We had a great experience with 921-Roof following some really substantial hail damage to our home. Devon, Jason and their crew worked flawlessly with our insurance adjusters and made sure that the damage estimates for our home included everything - dents, dings, windows, shingles, gutters, paint, etc etc. They were super patient with us as we evaluated lots of different options for new roof designs. They brought color samples and rolled with all kinds of changes we made along the way. They seemed genuinely interested in us getting a high quality roof and minimizing the financial impact on us from this unplanned loss. In the end we got a spectacular looking Class 4 impact resistant shingles, upgraded gutters, new windows, paint and stain on many structures around our property, with very little money out of pocket on our part. They provided all the info needed for USAA to drop our homeowners insurance rates by by over one-third as a result of the upgraded materials installed. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a complex, multi-trade repair done on their home. Thanks for everything!
921 Roof did an amazing job on our roof, we desperately needed a new roof and they made it happen, turned out flawlessly, helped us pick the right color for our house, during clean up they made sure to double check for left over nails that may have fell around the house to help prevent possible injuries to my children, very thankful for their amazing service
