Beginning with their direct, up front communication and clear understanding of the work to be done, as well as their fair and competitive pricing for the quality of both product and labor. 911 Roofing creatively solved a supply chain delay to be able to give us the roof when they said they would during a fair weather window, and kept us up to date with hourly photos and progress reports during the tear off and installation of each section. 911 Roofing also worked very well with 911 Restoration to address mold issues from the roof leak. We are very satisfied with their work and solution to the problems our roof presented.

911 Roofing did an excellent job on my 4 bedroom colonial home tearing down and installing a new roof and fixing some rotten wood(no extra cost) on my rental property. I would definitely use them again. Prince also came to my actual home and showed me the shingle options for the rental property. He was very easy to work with and saved me time by coming to my home. If I could give 6 stars I would.

High quality work and excellent service. The owner will supervise the installation and is literally standing on the roof to inspect quality and to send you photos and updates. 911 went out of their way to fit us in in short notice. Reasonable price. Highly recommend.

He helped us fixing roof leaks, rotten wood and provided us high quality shingles with material and labor warranty. I'm happy with the roofing job done by 911roofing. I got the competitive quotes from other companies too. But the reason behind selecting 911roofing was I found owner/Prince, very knowledgeable. Unlike others, he exactly guided me on things that house owner should look for and explained me the difference between quality and poor job.
On the day, 911roofing crew were on time and exactly completed the roofing in one day. They cleaned the job after completing the work. It has been 3 years now, and my roof looks brand new as day 1. I had a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend 911roofers to others.

We had an excellent experience with this company. There was water pouring in suddenly during a rainstorm. Inspection showed few singles were ripped out due to high winds. Inspector showed the inferior quality of shingles which were on the roof compared to the type of singles their company uses. He also helped to apply for insurance claim which was approved without much ado. Job was completed on the date scheduled. Now I have a new roof with 10 year warranty. Shingles damaged due to rain storm or high winds will be replaced free of charge.
Highly recommend.

Pawanjit (Prince) and his team from 911 roofing completed most of the work in just one day, including replacement of some OSB boards and installing new 3D GAF HDZ mission brown shingles and our roof has steep slopes. Pawan was great to work, competitive price, punctual in time, and clean the area after work. The whole roof was installed in a day (started in the morning and end at 3 pm) and great crew.

Roofing companies are an ABSOLUTE money grab....until my wife came across 911 roofing and restoration. Prince was our main point of contact. He helped us from start to finish- EVERYTHING. He helped make sense of the insurance claims and how to get everything you deserve from them!
Him and his crew were courteous and professional. They came early, they finished early and also cleaned up everything on the way out. They took care of rotting roof boards, some mold, and improved air quality in our home so much so that my son hardly sneezes anymore when he sleeps.

My roof was in serious need of replacement, at one point it cause the ceiling in my bedroom to fall in. This company is great. I have a beautiful new roof, new wood, ice protection, new flashing, they even added an extra vent at no cost. Very affordable, professional and the roof was finished in one day.

Super happy with 911 Roofing! Called multiple companies to inspect my roof after discovering some nail pops and 911 Roofing was super responsive. Prince came out and did a great job explaining the issues he found and how he fixed them. Definitely will be calling them if I have any issues in the future!

We needed a gutter repaired and was trying to find someone to do the repair in the next few weeks. We know alot of these guys are booked so we called 911 Roofing and spoke with Prince. Prince was great! He asked for some pictures and once we sent them to him he was on it. He even offered to come to our house that day to repair the gutter. I was shocked at how quickly he responded and was willing to help so fast. Long story short, the guys came over the same day and they actually replaced my gutter. The price they gave me was excellent and so reasonable. The guys who came were nice and professional and they are done in about 1 hr. I highly recommend you use them for your home projects!
