Absolutely would recommend this company to everyone. We experienced an unprecedented storm 7 months ago that left our home damaged in several areas. 911 Restoration showed up within a few hours to remove trash, a downed tree and board up a window. Clean up was completed quickly but the window issue took much longer through no fault of theirs. They kept in touch with me regularly until the entire window issue was resolved. Kathie is terrific! Steve and Martin are excellent technicians and service pros! Kudos to you 911!!

While on vacation, our elderly mother's home was flooded due to a broken water service line to her washing machine. By the time she returned home, standing water had been saturating the walls, cabinets, flooring and furnishings on the ground floor of her home for two weeks. Even though we called later in the evening, Restoration 911 of Mesa was on the scene in less than an hour, and they worked through the night to remove the water and start the clean up.
The repairs required were extensive, and there were delays due to dealing with the mortgage company, but Restoration 911 always did everything possible to keep the process moving along, even when the mortgage company was slow in releasing funds for the completed restoration work.
They packed out the household contents, removed and replaced damaged drywall and flooring, repaired and reinstalled cabinetry, painted, and packed the home contents back in, once the repairs were completed.
Across the board, everyone in the company seemed very aware of the impact of this process on our mother, and treated her with the utmost consideration and concern.
On top of that, we were very pleased with the work they performed. We strongly recommend this team to anyone needing restoration services.

Chet and Kian came out quickly and were diligent in trying to find our water leak. Although they were unable to pinpoint the leak, they were great to work with. We will be calling them back for future work.

Devin was the individual that stopped by to evaluate our possible mold situation. Very knowledgeable and honest. They didn't sell us anything we didn't need and I felt I could trust everything he said and it was genuine. I highly recommend them as they seem to hire people with integrity. We had a toilet overflow and cause a small flood at our business and ended up calling 911 restoration. Chet came out with in 20 minutes and gave us a great run down of what will need to be done. Throughout the process Chet gave us a very accurate timeline for the completion of the project and was great at communicating with us.

We decided to get our floors redone and when they pulled up the old flooring they found some mold. We were stressed and didnt know what to do but with a quick google search found 911 restoration. We of course were in a time crunch and they sent Chet and Al the same day. They were able to tell us how they would fix the problem and were able to remove the mold the very next morning! Chet and Al were very professional and did such a great job. We hope to not have mold again but if we do i would call them again in a heartbeat!

My wife came home, opened the garage door and nothing but a flood. Opened door to house and more flood. Our brand new water softener filter came off. Poured out water for appx. 8 hours. I googled restoration places and saw 911 Restoration. We saw 5 stars. Called them and they were here within the hour.They had all the equipment on the truck. They got right to work and determined what else was needed. Their was a lot of machines going for 3 days. Air dryers, dehumidifiers. The 2 very professional men that came out knew right away what to do, answered all our questions. I would recommend 911 restoration to anyone that wants a A+ company to fix you're problems. Chet O'Carroll was the Sr Tech on our job, he is very knowledgeable, professional, explained the process and progress at the end of each day. We hope we don't need this service again but if we do we will use 911restoration and hope Chet is on our job.

Had Devin do a home estimate for water damage repair. He was very professional,friendly,and took time to answer my questions. It was a good experience.

Needed a last minute mold inspection and they were able to test and get detailed results to meet my timeframe. I would recommend them to anyone needing mold testing especially if you are under a time crunch.

Josh was great. They can do it all. Had an ac leak in between floors and one restoration company would do anything other the leak but 911 restoration was able to fix the leak, mitigate the damage, and complete all the repairs. Cost was lower than expected. Would call again (although I hope I never have to)

When our master bathroom flooded, we called Josh. He came out on a Friday night and walked us through the process of cleaning everything up and how to make an insurance claim to repair the cabinets, walls, etc that were ruined. He and his crew worked efficiently to get it dried out. He communicated with our insurance company and lined us up with a contractor to get the bathroom back to normal as quickly as possible. I can't imagine trying to manage the process without the help of someone who knows exactly what they are doing, and Josh knows exactly what he is doing!!

Owning a second story condo comes with it's risk and unfortunately we ran into an issue with one of our restrooms in early April 2020 that impacted our neighbor. Christian of 911 Restoration came out promptly (within 30 minutes of first contact) and quickly assessed the situation. Josh C. (a supervisor) took it from there and coordinated the best way to resolve the issue and even worked with us in reporting the issue to our insurance. These guys did an amazing job with clean up and they went to bat for us demonstrating their concern for their customers and proving their value immediately and long term. I am super thankful to Josh who kept in close contact throughout this process and he provided several recommendations of persons to help restore our restroom affordably. I had been put in a fan and do all the electrical work and one in my bedroom. Only took them a hour and a half. Super professional willing to use them again.
