The ads emphasize window cleaning, but he is much more versatile than this. I had windows cleaned, gutters cleaned, grab bar installed in the tub, and a ripped screen repaired. He responds quickly to messages. He and his helper showed up, did the work, and didn't goof off. There was a snag in one area that required unexpected parts and labor; he could have charged me for that but didn't. Very satisfied with the work.

Allan and Joey were great! They put in a range hood, ceiling fan, and cleaned up some windows that had rough stains. Definitely recommend.

Allan (845 Window Cleaning and Services) was first called because we needed gutters and downspouts cleaned and he came highly recommended. At the same time, I realized I needed the outside windows washed. He came promptly to look at job (it's a big 2-story) and provided his estimate that evening. A few days later (while providing good communication), he and Joey left my windows sparkling, all the debris, dirt, and roof gravel from the gutters was gone. They worked quickly and efficiently...what more could someone ask for.

He didn't do our windows, but he did so much more! Allan just replaced our stove's ceramic cooktop, oven door gasket, and installed a new kitchen faucet for us. I would have him back anytime--he is reasonable, responsible, and reliable!

Alan removed an old bathroom vent fan and installed a new one. He arrived when he said he would, did an inspection of the job, provided a quote, completed the job quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up the space at the end. Allan did a professional, top quality job painting a drop ceiling where the tiles had holes or punctures in them. I have had a number of window cleaning services done in the past 10+ years and was intrigued with owner Allan’s advertisement for his services in our local neighborhood “Nextdoor.” He was seeking jobs for his window washing service and was hustling hard for his new baby that was to be entering the world within the next month or so. I don’t remember the exact words but I could tell by his ad he was a hard worker and confident anyone would be happy with his job and work ethics. He had experience and would come to your home even all the way from Helena. I am in the Bozeman area. He was also licensed, bonded and insured. I gave him a chance a tad unsure if he was the real deal. He showed up to my house and gave me a bid. We set up a day for the cleaning and he arrived on time. He’s the real deal folks. No doubt. He had professional supplies and cleaning products and did exactly what we discussed during our bid/walk through. In prior window washing jobs with other providers, cleaners showed up with a team of people. Allan was a one man show and did equal, if not better of a job. Every morning I wake up and look out my clean windows, I smile! They look great!!! Great prices and attention to detail. Double checked everything before he left. I hesitate to leave a great review because once the secret of 845 Window Cleaning and Services gets out, Allan will be booked solid forever! Seriously, though, my experience with this new company has been top-notch. The owner was highly responsive to my inquiries, showed up when he said he would, put in the hard work, and his fees were very fair and reasonable. He did an excellent job of clearing a bunch of old slate tiles off of my back patio, a job that would have taken me forever to do on my own. To top it off, he is a very polite and straight-up just nice human. I highly recommend Allan and his company, even though I know it means I'll have to book out wayyyy in advance for the next project.
