After waiting in the lobby for 25 minutes to be able to find somebody to talk to a nice person came out and help me she did a good job. You have to go somewhere and because you're not spending $10,000 bucks they really just don't care that's just my opinion when you go somewhere that a lot of contractors go to people tend to talk down to you as a person auto maintenance and construction for over 60 years and I'm from a different part of the country maybe terminology slightly different everybody hates home Depot I prefer Phillips building materials in picayune and I'd really rather go to Philips or home Depot than 84 lumber just my opinion I go there for help

The manager was helpful, even when they didn't have something I was looking for, he directed me to another supplier that did have it.

They lost my plans and want give me any answer. Giving them a chance I stop in and they told me they would get back to me. So I stop in again, no answer ,so I call emailed work list and they have yet gotten back to me one time. I walk in the store it takes ten min before anyone greets or speaks. I just trying to get a take off done.Home depot did it in one day here I am waiting over a month with no answer... pearl river la 84 lumber is giving me the run around
