I am 100% satisfied with the service we try. The company went up and beyond dealing with our insurance company to ensure we got the best roof replacement. The workers were competent and professional. The job was excellent no flaws and no complaints. Would definitely recommend Ameritrust to anyone looking for excellent roof repairs and replacement.

Ameritrust replaced my roof after hurricane Ida. They did a great job and made everything so effortless. They came immediately to install a tarp and helped a great deal with the insurance claim. They kept in constant communication during the whole process. I highly recommend them.

We had roof damage from a storm, we contacted them and Matt came when our insurance adjuster came to make sure he covered all of our damage. Ameritrust handled all of the paper work, replaced our roof in a timely manner. The roofers were experienced and friendly and cleaned up after they completed the job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them very highly to anyone needing work done.

Following a hurricane, I took on a decent amount of roof damage, and was lucky enough to find Ameritrust Construction. From start to finish, they went above and beyond in getting my roof fixed, as well as providing advise on how to navigate the overall insurance claim. Matt was very helpful every step of the way. He helped me to understand the insurance process after the storm and assisted with my claim. Since he’s a licensed contractor, he knew what was needed to repair my damaged roof and knew the building codes to insure my new roof was up to code. He was prompt the day the work started and all around the house was thoroughly protected as they tore off the old roof. When finished, my yard was spotless as well ask my pitches being blown off for any extra pieces of debris.

What my insurance company wanted to give me was a joke! I let them (Ameritrust) do the fighting back and forth and my roof cost out of pocket hardly anything and their work is excellent! My roof is beautiful and up to code materials. Also they taught me a lot , how to fight for my rights. These insurance company hire adjusters to save them money not us, but we pay premiums for many years and never use them. They took great care of my yard and plants. I know if I have any questions or problems I can call then for answers. They are a awesome Christian family that works for their money and cares about their people.

We have use Ameritrust Construction to replace 3 roof on three different homes (two rental homes and our personal home). They are very responsive, on time, competitively priced, and the work is perfect. A big plus for us is that it’s a local company and I always know where to reach them. Don’t chance your job to just anyone. Ameritrust is trusted and well respected.

AmeriTrust Construction Roofing Specialist meets all expectations of professionalism. They assisted from start to finish after hurricane IDA damaged our roof. As soon as they were contacted about the damage they gathered their crew and secured the damages, preventing further damage from nature. During the insurance claim process they were there during the steps, providing documentation of damages containing photos to get the claim processed as fast as possible. They also provided professional opinions on shingle colors and craftsmanship, so our property would not only look it’s best but have top notch quality. The installation crew preformed excellent work and cleanup. The yard was canvased by the workers for leftover debris and a supervisor came back out the following day to assess the work and clean up. My husband and I would recommend Matt and his hardworking crew to anyone. They did a highly professional job and the roof on our home and detached garage looks beautiful! The hardest part in our case was dealing with the insurance company. Matt and Yvette worked hard dealing with our home owners insurance and finally getting full coverage after a couple rounds of rejections. They really go to bat for you from the beginning to end. For 6 months Ameritrust guided us through the struggle, of calling, following up on emails and combating on our behalf. They patiently educated me in the process. They answered all of our questions, calls, texts and emails. Showed up at inspection with the insurance adjusters. Their dedication resulted in two full roof replacements covered by insurance companies, that were hesitant to do so. They went the extra mile, and we are extremely grateful!
