777 Roofing & Construction LLC was one of the most professional companies in the construction and roofing industry. Everybody I dealt with from the secretary to project director to the crew, went out of their way to see I was taken care of and they cared about my needs. Sam Sholette managed my project and was there all the way. I got 3 other estimates from some of the most advertised and well known companies. Sam and 777 came in over $2,000 below all of them. And, oh yes, the estimate was also the final invoice! Then to make it even better Sam came out by himself and inspected my roof. This gave him the information to be able to talk to the insurance adjuster later while on the roof again, showing him examples of damage. To make a long story short, after the adjuster made his inspection he decided to give me full replacement for my roof! Wrote me a check on the spot!!! Finally working on a very tight time line he scheduled material delivery and crew schedule to start the project in one day and then finished the job in one day. The after clean up was excellent. I can totally highly recommend this company and all it employees if you need roofing or construction work!! Their motto and brand of "Impacting Lives, one Roof at a Time.." is very valid and true. They impacted mine!

The power vent on my roof had stopped working and I contacted 777 Roofing for assistance. They installed two high efficiency units after removing the old unit. I had the units wired to a single thermostat in the attic and its work great.

When I have a solicitor come to my door the first thing I ask for is their Oklahoma City Solicitation Permit. Josh Daughtery with 777 Roofing and Construction is the first one that has been following the law in the 20+ years we have lived in our house. It was obvious that he was a roofing contractor offering to check our roof for free. Unlike the many roofing solicitors that I have run off and offered to have the police write a ticket for solicitation without a permit, I allowed Josh to look at our roof. Numerous roofs have been replaced in our area, so checking was in order. The pictures he took were convincing that they were of our roof and that we did indeed need a new roof. It was time for prayer and contemplation, especially with the large financial commitment. Part of the deciding factor to go with Josh and 777 was simply the no pressure, relationship building attitude of Josh. I had never heard of the company but had done research through BBB and other organizations and they appeared very reputable.

We started the process with the insurance and Josh was here when the adjuster came out. Once the first results were back from the adjuster Josh saw that they had missed several things or miss-rated and he filed the necessary paperwork to get things adjusted to the right amount. As we were finalizing paperwork and setting schedule, he was mindful of potential HOA restrictions. His attention-to-detail further convinced us that we had made the right choice.

The time of year and weather allowed for quick scheduling and then the six-man crew only took two days to complete the work on a 2100sf house. Josh was again on-site numerous times each day overseeing the work. The clean-up the crew did was amazing. Going over the entire work area and yard numerous times with magnets cleaning nails and other metal fragments. Leaf blowers were used all over the property to get all felt, shingles, and any other debris. After the very thorough job of cleaning by the crew, Josh later spent a couple of hours himself running magnets around the property. Everyone involved went beyond my highest expectations.

In addition, they are collaborating with me and a painter before finishing the job by replacing all the guttering and gutter helmets which are a month further out. Josh Daughtery’s integrity, personality, professionalism, and attention to detail is why I can not only recommend him, but 777 Roofing and Construction.
