3rd Rock Contracting Roofing & Solar

I am so very disappointed with 3rd Rock Contracting. They do not return calls or texts. They began the work in August, and come only 1-2 hours when they show up. They do not respond to let us know if they are coming so I have to call everyday to see if they are coming. They don't answer or return the calls. I have asked them to finish by Thanksgiving, then Christmas, now Easter and they just ignored any request. They leave candy wrappers in my yard, which I pick up after they leave. They dump house debris in my garbage can so when I bring out my kitchen garbage, it does not fit in the can. State Farm is paying for them to haul this away.
I do not want other people to get hurt like they are hurting us. They have not honored their contract, They were to finish in 60 days. They have not answered their phone yet today. It has been a nightmare They now come 1 hour in the week. I continue to call and they do not respond. The D.A.'s office told me that I can press charges on them to get them to finish the job. I was hoping that continuing to call them would be better, but it does not seem to help because they ignore calls and texts. It has been a nightmare that I do not wish on anyone.
I want to add that now they have finished. Parts of the siding has fallen off and so did the drip edge during bad storms, but they did come back and repair the work, as they had told me to call if needed about their work.

I use this company third Rock construction to install a new roof on my house the job and the workmanship was excellent. I was so happy with the service I also went to install solar through them the salesman for that was great went over step by step with details. When it was time to do the job I couldn't have been more happy everything went as planned step by step from prepping the job to installing the solar panels. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great job.

Ida took my roof just like almost everyone else’s. Michael came to my house and did inspection. He talked to insurance for me. We got a new roof on about 2 weeks later. I felt great about it because I know a lot of people waiting months for roofs. I had no problems at all. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again.
