I see the company writing back but it does not mean much. Considering not everyone writes a review under their govern name. Me, I am James, I am a papa writing for my grandson, he also gave me this company to call. I need my floors done I’m 67 otherwise I do it myself, and they have not got back to me. Although I talk to a nice gentleman over the phone once. He has not picked up my call for over a month’s time now.

Avoid 365 Exteriors at all costs! My experience was nothing short of a disaster. The project dragged on for weeks past the promised deadline, with constant excuses and no real progress. When they finally "finished," the quality was appalling – crooked gutters and mismatched paint. Trying to get them to fix anything was like pulling teeth; their customer service is non-existent. Absolutely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time and money.

Absolutely terrible experience with 365 Exteriors. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. The communication was abysmal, with calls going unanswered and project updates being non-existent. The work itself was shoddy; the siding they installed is already showing gaps, and the paint job looks rushed and uneven. They left a huge mess in my yard, and it took multiple calls to get them to even acknowledge it, let alone clean it up. Save yourself the headache and your money – look elsewhere for any exterior work. This company is a prime example of why you should always read reviews before hiring!

I had 365 come out to repair a leak recently during a stretch of rainy days, and I can’t express enough how great these guys are my technicians Lee was very helpful and was able to get a team out here immediately to take action with repairing the roof and fixing the leak. Amazing friendly fast customer service and even better results will definitely be using them again if I need to as well as referring them to many of my neighbors! Good job 365

Lee did an amazing job on my new gutters, old ones were falling off and filling with dirt because the grade had made the flow halt. His worker regraded the whole thing in an afternoon and the water flows!

While he was there, he gave me a great quote for redoing the bedroom windows and retiling the roof!
