Broken lock on front door, bitter cold weather and fixed within a couple of hours of calling them, all at a reasonable price!
He was able to install a fuel inventory monitor for me and my customer was thrilled.
The owner is able to analyze/inspect problems and able to provide quality and affordable solutions for those problems.
He is very good at analysing what needs to be done and does excellent work.
His prices are very affordable.

For 2 days he lied to me and never responded to any of my calls, texts or emails.
He was here for 4 hours and we were charged for 5!
When I asked for an explanation, this company was silent, only demanding that we pay our bill!
This is not a fair, honest company. Stay away from them!
His attitude was very vague and unpleasant.

Was suppose to give my client a quote never did said he sent my client the detailed invoice my client didn’t hear from him. For 2 days he lied to me and never responded to any of my calls, texts or emails when trying to reach to him and get it figured out very disappointed would not recommend Chris for any home repairs plus his attitude was very vague and unpleasant seemed like he didn’t care from the start.

I do not live in the area but when Chris visited me he worked on my door lock and repaired it quickly. He also solved a plumbing problem. He is very good at analysing what needs to be done and does excellent work. He is neat, efficient and careful and above all else - honest. You can trust him to do a good job.

We've used 360 Maintenance three times in the last two years. Plumbing, electrical and those odd jobs you just don't want to deal with. Everything turned out great and the prices are very reasonable.

I used 360 for a ceiling fan installation with no existing electrical or mount. Quote seemed reasonable, no changes in pricing even though our existing electrical wasn't quite what he expected. He also pointed out a couple potential problems in our attic (fixing one himself) while he was up there. Timely and professional, would use again for projects around the house that are outside of my skill level.

Our church hired the company to install an outside electrical line. The electrician did a good job on the installation. However, he was here for 4 hours and we were charged for 5! Added to the bill was a $40 trip charge for a 5 mile trip. The materials were charged at 150% to 200% of actual cost. When I asked for an explanation, this company was silent, only demanding that we pay our bill! This is not a fair, honest company. Stay away from them! Mind you that it was a church, a house of God, that this company felt was OK to overcharge for its services.
