Did not fulfill contract, kept deposit, asked for money outside of the fee schedule. Lied on multiple occasions. Did not have commercial contractors license at the time of signing. Did not have adequate knowledge of commercial work to take on the job. Grossly misquoted the job. Deceived us regarding the license & multiple other issues. Used a plumber that was not on the permit. Did incorrect framing and plumbing work outside of the building plans which we now have to fix. Given multiple opportunities to correct their failings over a regrettably generous amount of time. Officially and legally dismissed after an agonizing 18 months for a job that should have been completed in 2. We will see you in court.
