Amazing work, honest, and very dependable. Justin responded within 24 hours of contacting him for a bid. And began building our deck shortly after. Throughout the process, Justin kept me updated and the entire project was done in a very timely manner.

We had Justin add a deck onto our newly purchased home. He was able to schedule it quickly, source the materials locally and follow through with his timeframe. The price was better than fair compared to others. We were able to trim the project down to our budget with his design help.
He even threw in a handicap ramp on the front door for my dad.
Very happy with the deck, would recommend 3 Bear Construction for any project.

In the last few years my wife and I have dealt with many different contractors and by far 3 Bear Construction Co. LLC is the most professional, honest, reliable and conscientious of them all. We hired 3 Bear Construction to install metal roofing on our home and he ( Justin Gering) (owner) did a fantastic job! The quality of his work is most definitely top shelf! The pricing is fair and we knew up front what it was going to cost when the project was complete. We highly recommend 3 Bear Construction Co for any project you have!
