Had a few wicked hail storms and were looking for a company to help us in the process of claiming a new roof and siding. 2G was just that. Justin (the public adjuster) was unbelievably helpful through the process. The insurance company was a problem at every turn, and he was patient and communicative with us as he helped with all the nuance and fine print. When we needed him, he was there. Answered all of our questions and made sure we were completely satisfied with the work. Our house looks amazing, and we couldn't have done it without Justin and 2G. We highly recommend.

We have reached out to this company and their employee multiple times with zero response. We have been attempting to remove them from our insurance claim for weeks so that we are able to move forward with a different company and finally get the work completed on our house after almost 2 years of "working" with 2G.

Update: the response below is simply untrue, as of now we were able to successfully remove this "company" from our insurance claim and were able to move forward with another company that completed the job in 2 months as opposed to over 2 years. Multiple texts emails and voicemails were left for Kyle who completely stopped returning any of our communications. After we were finally able to make contact with the office, it took almost 2 weeks to recieve a email formally removing 2G as our Public Adjuster, which delayed our project being completed even longer.

We had a great experience when we replaced our roof. Jason was our rep and he was extremely knowledgeable and responsive.

We used 2G Exteriors for our roof, siding, soffits and downspout repair after a hail storm left quite a bit of damage on our home. Our home was build by my father, who was in construction his entire life. I of course checked in with my dad every step of the way to ensure things were being done properly as I know nothing about construction. We worked with Kyle from 2G and the work they did was amazing. Every step of the way they made sure everything was done properly, up to code as well as to our liking. Kyle brought books of roofing and siding for us to review to ensure we found exactly what we wanted. Not to mention Kyle helped us communicate with our insurance company many times to confirm our repairs were completely covered. We understand that the weather can often cause delays, however we do wish the open communication on timelines and visits was a bit better. Overall the work and dedication of Kyle was truly appreciated.

Jason the sales representative is phenomenal. He fought to get my roof approved even though I was first denied. He is there for you in every aspect from beginning to end of installation. He always responded quickly when I had questions. He is even there day of installation. I was very happy with services provided.

Recently had our roof replaced by 2G Exteriors. Not only did they fight to get our insurance company to cover the cost but they walked us through every step of the process. We especially appreciate the lengths they went through to protect our property while replacing our roof. The clean up was immaculate. The quality of their work is top notched. They are incredibly professional and I would recommend them to family, friends, and anyone else who are in need of their services.

We live in Brighton, Wisconsin and needed a new roof. These guys were the most professional of all the roofers we'd interviewed. Kyle from 2G Exteriors discovered we had massive wind and hail damage and suggested the insurance company should pay for the entire roof - none of the other roofing companies even suggested that! Their professional demeanor, knowledge of the insurance company backed by their professional presentation, that's why they got the job. I would have never in my life had thought State Farm would replace an entire 20 year old roof. Once 2G got State Farm to honor the policy instead of just some of it, they went to work.

Their crew arrived at a 7am and by 5pm the entire yard was cleaned up as look like they were never there, except we had a brand new roof and skylight. I highly recommend 2G Exteriors for all your roofing needs!
