24hr Plumb Affordable

Ray is AWESOME!! First of all, he was able to come to our house like an hour after I called which was impressive, all the other plumbers I talked to were days out, and we weren’t able to use our kitchen sink due to a really bad clog. So cue Ray to our rescue and we were so grateful! He did an awesome job and went above and beyond with his service. Also, he’s just a really nice guy and we enjoyed having him over and chatting with him. Also very fairly priced. Will be calling him first from now on whenever we need plumbing service!

Ray with 24hr Plumb Affordable was quick to come out to my house on a Sunday afternoon and solve my problem right away. Since the fix was so quick and easy, he would only accept gas money for the job and only after I insisted. When he found out my truck had broken down up the road, he even offered to give me a tow. What an outstandingly generous guy.

Straight forward and knowledgeable. Nice, friendly and will not charge exuberant costs. Fair charge. Came on a Sunday and got the job done efficiently. I will not use another business in the area. Ray is a good person and experienced in his profession.

Ray drove 2 hours one way to help us with an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday afternoon to help us out. His rates are reasonable. He has 40 years of experience in plumbing and worked to help us figure out solutions to the issue. He made dealing with a serious issue much easier.

Ray responded VERY fast to frozen pipes we had after a winter storm. He drove down, even while the roads were still awful, just to help us get our water back up and running. It was definitely a last minute, emergency response and he took time out of his Saturday to help us when no one else would even answer their phones.

Best plumbers.... hands down

We chose this plumber to do some work at our house, because they were located in town. The following are the problems we had. They do not communicate well. They did not show up multiple times at the times they said they were going to be there. They took about over a month to complete the job and now our drive way is a MESS, uneven and muddy. Now we have to find someone to fix the driveway. The only good thing is that they are super cheap.

OUTSTANDING!!!! Came right away, all the way to Rapid City, when 6 local plumbers couldn't 'find the time'...fixed the problem using parts supplied, and ONLY CHARGED ME FOR ONE HOUR OF LABOR!!! Are you kidding me?!? Drove all the way from Lead, well after normal hours...and I got by with one hour of labor! CALL THESE GUYS!! They do great work!!

FAST AND RELIABLE. My water heater leaked in the middle of the nite and ray was there within an hour to stop and fix my leaked which flooded my garage.they cleaned up all the mess with no extra charge ,excellent service.
