24/7 PERFECT ROOFING

24/7 Perfect Roofing was hired by our home warranty contractor (American Home Shield). They came out for 5 minutes, told us the roof was fixed, did not address the areas of concern we thought were causing the leak, and our roof continued to leak for 3 more days.

During those 3 days, we called 24/7 over 50 times, our home warranty service called them 15+ times, and all at the same time our house was being destroyed by water.

Unfortunately, we were handcuffed by our home warranty provider to use 24/7 Perfect Roofing as their "selected contractor".

After those 3 days of calling, our home warranty agreed for us to get our own contractor. They came out in a matter of hours and confirmed our suspicion of the problem originally.

24/7 Perfect Roofing called me back 6 days later (a guy named Josh). He was a 3rd party remote hire, had no idea who ran the company or IF THEY WERE LICENSED.

I don't normally write reviews, but we are considering legal action on these guys and wanted all to be aware of their incompetency, unresponsiveness, and overall very shady organizational structure.
