This company has done a complete roof replacement for me 3 years ago and a repair from a branch coming through my roof. I called on a Saturday and my roof was repaired on Sunday, Easter Sunday. This company truly cares about their customers. These guys are fast friendly and clean up every little bit. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
Contractor did not return my mom’s call for one year and did not honor their roof contract with her. I got involved when I was made aware of the issue and posted a negative review on their site publicly and they sent someone out without communicating to my mom the time so of course we weren’t home and went up supposedly on the roof when we weren’t there (over a year after first call to them to come out). They then said her warranty was void because she had another company repair a section that had been leaking- what else was she supposed to do after not being contacted back- she had dry rot issues from letting it go so long…shingled roof started leaking after only 4 years from date of reroof
