Alan Merton and his crew from A1 Construction put a new roof on my house two weeks ago. From the boss down to the workmen, they were professional, kind and pleasant to work with. I appreciate that they did a great job in a very timely manner and that Alan made himself available to answer questions.
Alan also met with the insurance adjuster as the adjuster made his walk-through. And worked with him throughout this process.
I highly recommend this company and I will call them again the next time I need a remodel or repair on my home.

I have used 1A Construction for all my storm and General house related repairs for years and they have not failed to impress. Not only was their pricing competitive for my most recent full garage door installation needs, but they were also the fastest in scheduling the repair. My garage door was damaged Thursday, Feb 16th, 2023 and by Friday, they had a quote to me. We scheduled for Monday morning at 8:30 am and the repairs were completed before 11:00 am, fully installed and set up. The other companies said they couldn’t even get someone out to look at the damage until Monday.

I’d used 1A Construction for my roofing and gutter repairs a few years back, and will continue to request quotes from them for my upcoming repair and maintenance projects.

This is our second time using 1A Construction. As before, they show up when they say they will, have a superior attention to detail, and do amazing work. They listen to our wants and needs and offer advice when our "wants" may not be the best approach. They repaired two chimneys and siding, they did a very thorough job down to the last detail. I will definitely be using them again Alan and his team did a great job!

He replaced some rotten facia on the exterior of my house, replaced all the gutters, painted the exterior of the house as well. He also replaced some damaged roofing being careful to match existing shingles. The things we appreciated the most about Alan and his team was the attention to detail, excellent quality of work, communication, and reliability. He did it right, didn’t cut corners and delivered as promised. He even guided me on my choices of paint color which ended up being the right choice and made my house look awesome. A1 took care of my roof replacement and was done in 6 hrs only! The job was perfect and never had issues and Alan took care of all insurance work. A1 took care of my fence repaint as well and it was perfectly done. If you need an honest contractor, this is the company to go for.
