The team at OGS Electric has been working with 14er Exteriors for the better part of a year, and it’s been a great partnership. Javier and his team are professional, easy to work with, and always focused on taking care of their customers. We’ve worked closely with 14er Exteriors to provide seamless roof replacements by coordinating solar detach and reset services in a way that minimizes system downtime while the roof is being replaced. We've also helped their clients with equipment warranty processing, installation of replacement equipment, critter guard installations to protect systems from animal damage, long-term system monitoring for those whose original installer is no longer providing support, and repairs of preexisting issues identified during the detach and reset process to return systems to full production. We’ve worked together on projects all along the Front Range, from Loveland to Colorado Springs. It’s been a smooth and collaborative experience, and we’re looking forward to continuing to work together.

The true gem of 14er is Javier. He is honest. He looked out for me when his team (actually, one of his suppliers) made a mistake that I did not catch. I also worked with Nate and equally happy with him.

My experience was good from start to finish. I was continually kept in the loop and knew what was going to happen when. I had a contact person I could reach out to if I ever had questions. I felt as though I was part of the process and not an outsider.
My Contact Person showed up on the first day of work and explained everything to me as well as handling any material issues that came up. The work crew was fast and efficient. Everything was tidy when they left.
I am very happy with the finished product and the company. They also have great follow up.
As a side-note, I met the company when they came to my door to ask about my Solar which I had had for a few years My the initial company had gone out of business and left me without any support.14er- stepped in and was able to be available for any and all questions and help I needed..

Nate worked with us on with a competitive quote to use in our home purchase negotiation process, and was very communicate and helpful along the way for our entire roof replacement! He answered all our questions about roofing materials and we felt confident that 14er Exteriors would do a great job! Javier and his entire crew have been amazing to work with. They served as our Project Manager on a year long whole home repair from the 2023 hail storms. Javier's specific team did a wonderful job on the roof and exteriors. Where he couldn't repair directly, he had his trusted contracting peers come out and do their specialties under his watchful eye. Because of this, everything went very smoothly. In all, we replaced the entire roof, all new paint, six windows, garage doors, and exterior accessories. Nearly $90k and 18-months later (not Javier's fault, we delayed paint until after 2024 hail season), we're closing out and he's kept the project at his original quote/insurance check. Thank you and we highly recommend their crew!

Reached out to Will at 14er exteriors about a roof project after hail damage. First of all, they worked with me to get my out of pocket down as low as possible. For example, insurance covered a new gutter but the team said it wasn’t critical and I could use the money toward my deductible. They even figured out a way to have my skylights replaced under warranty.

The whole thing morphed into a solar system prep and insulation project as well. Again the team was very conscientious about my budget and made sure to take the least invasive approach to accomplish what I wanted. After only a few days I can already tell the attic insulation is working extremely well. And now I have ridge vents so I can fit more solar panels.

The whole project was done in 2 days and everything cleaned up really well. Communication from Will and Javi was excellent throughout.

Cris is extremely professional and responsive, attentive to any questions I had. We moved into a brand new house in May. 2 weeks later, we got hit with a record hail storm. 14er put a brand new roof on our house. Brandon and Javi helped us with everything from the insurance process to getting it completed. Will came out and took samples of our siding that was also damaged last week and answered all questions that we had. They’re really great at getting back to you. We even got a better roof than the bare bones sticks and stones roof that came with our home. They put hail-resistant shingles on, which we are so grateful for. It’s so hard to know who to trust these days, so when 14’er pulled through for us, we were so appreciative. They do a great job at communicating with you and your insurance company. They get it done right the first time. Thank you so much for helping us repair our home!

We got a recommendation from our neighbors who used 14er Exteriors. We couldn't be happier. We have both a hip/sloped roof and a partial flat roof. Javier and his team met with us to discuss our options. We were really concerned about our flat roof, as it is 1953 original tar and gravel. Roofing technology has changed since then. They recommended a treatment like many commercial buildings receive. They built up a small slope to let the water run and then they added two layers of "water sealant" material (my words) and then an asphalt-like covering. They put flashing around our chimney and sunlight.

The crew were so hard working. They took great care of our property and did a thorough cleaning. They used a big magnet to find all the nails surrounding our home. At times there were 10 people doing the work. They completed the work mostly in 1 long day. It rained at the end of Day 1 so they came back the following day to finish the roof.

The end product looks fantastic. It is clean and well-done, with attention to detail. They spray-painted all the vents and other metal objects to match the shingles. They brought us up to code with adding a laying of plywood to our plank roof and added 5 vents to release heat from our attic.

When we had questions, they were available to answer our questions. When our solar tube was slipping in its place, they immediately responded and fixed it.

I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Brandon answered or returned my calls and was very helpful throughout the decision-making process. I appreciated that Javier and his team handled my insurance, and went above and beyond to help me get the coverage needed.

Originally I contacted them for a simple roof repair. While looking things over they noticed hail damage I had not seen. They coordinated everything from the adjuster inspection to final permit approval. Everything was done in a few weeks and I even received a big discount on my insurance for the new impact resistant shingles. Start to finish, 14er made It a quick and easy process. Nate Erickson and team performed a job on short notice that was urgent and necessary to coordinate with a solar repair. Absolutely amazing roofing company! Finished our roof replacement in a single day, cleaned up everything and then some, and left our property better than when they came. But besides this, they walked us through all the leg work with insurance, solar panel deinstalling/reinstalling, and answered every question honestly and with complete transparency. They even hopped on calls with insurance and our solar panel company to help facilitate conversations and asked to have any billing emails to be forwarded to them to handle everything through insurance. They explained all the processes and answered questions late at night to give us ease of mind in a process that can be overwhelming at times. They walked us through a step by step process of each charge and things that weren’t needed in the replacement that would decrease the amount of our deductible that we’d have to pay out of pocket.Extremely impressed with the professionalism, integrity, honesty, and work done by this company. Great local option for your projects! I worked with the 14er crew who finished the drywall on my garage, repainted the garage/patio floor and fixed/dug out the garage drains. They were able to come and do an estimate, giving me lots of options for doing the work, including texture and colors. The crew worked quickly and were respectful & communicative when they needed to turn the powers off, or grab some water from the hose etc. They did good work and made everything look so nice, including the garage windows and patio railing. Great communication, Manny gave a summary of what the crew had done each day and Brandon would also follow up. Will definitely call again when I have any siding needs, or when that ominous hail storm destroys my roof :) Thanks guys!!

Brandon and Javier worked with us through the complete process of inspecting the roof and gutters, suggesting a better roof ventilation than what was in place, patiently answering all our questions and concerns, working with the insurance to make sure everything was in order, installing both the new roof and gutters and painting fascia that needed replacement. We received pictures of the damaged roof and gutters with full explanation of what needed to be replaced and we also received pictures during the installation process. The clean up after the job looked as if they had never been there and the house looked great! We will not hesitate to contact them again if the need arises!!
