I could write a NOVEL about how incredible the team with 100% Construction in Jacksonville, FL is. Kyle and his team from the first inspection until the work was done were professional, reliable, honest and efficient. He walked with us through an almost 10 month process of submitting claims to insurance, waiting for funds, submitting supplmental reports to the actual roof replacement and even on the day of, took the time to ensure all of the areas on the roof that needed fixing were tended to (replacing rotted wood panels, extra work around the fire place, cleaning the gutters, blowing off the patio and walkways, quick pick up of remaining materials and dumpster). The attention to detail, the desire to ensure work was done and done well and the commitment to the job from this crew is truly unmatched. Kyle checked in throughout the entire process, helped us follow up on our claim with insurance for almost 6 months and as soon as money was received had our work scheduled within a few weeks. He was understanding of my schedule and ensure I felt prepared, informed on the day of- even brought my dog and I donuts and dog treats on the morning of the roof replacement. I truly cannot thank their team enough for their kindness, patience and guidance throughout this process - we are so grateful for 100% Construction and would recommend them to anyone and would use them time and time again if ever needed.

100% Construction did an amazing job from start to finish. Cody Brasher came out and inspected my roof, worked with my insurance, and helped me through the entire process. This being my first time making a roof claim, he was super helpful. I have to commend whole crew. They were professional, fast, and very knowledgeable. 10 out of 10.

100 Percent Construction replaced our roof after it was damaged by high winds. They were great to work with from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the project. They installed the Black Oak architectural roofing tiles and they look great. During the install they wrapped our house in a protective material, and covered the ground around the house, as well as our plants. I haven’t seen any other roofing companies do that. I highly recommend this company!

My roof was 15 years old and I desperately needed to get a new one before it reached 16 years. Kyle with 100% construction knocked on my door and explained that they would take care of the roof as well as all the things that come with it (permits etc). I gave him my business and it was probably the best decision I have ever made when it comes to major home repairs. Kyle was extremely communicative and made sure I thoroughly understood every step of the process and helped me with selecting the color and material. When it came time for the actual install it took them a total of two days, and I’m pretty sure it would’ve only been one if they didn’t have to get an inspection. I never write reviews but I wanted to make sure that 100% construction knew how happy I was with the whole process as well as how proud they should be to have an employee as reliable and personal as Kyle.

Chris & Team were top notch! They worked on my behalf with the insurance company and adjusters to ensure all of our damage was identified on our claim. Kyle was the lead on our repairs and kept us informed all along the way. It was a lengthy process to have all repairs completed. We really appreciated the diligence and thoroughness of 100% Construction Team.

After a wind and hail storm, my roof was severely impacted, although I didn’t know it.I had neighbors who were impacted more severely and I thought I should at least have someone take a look at my roof, I called 100% construction to evaluate. They were prompt and help me walk through the whole process. Came to find out that I needed a full roof replacement. I am very pleased with the new roof I have, and all the work the team did behind the scenes to work with insurance to complete it

Logan and his team were very informative and precise with the work. They completed the job professionally and cleaned up perfectly. Cody Brashear with 100% Construction is the best! He was on top of everything, made all the calls to my insurance agent, the city, and the insurance adjuster. He really went to bat for me with my adjuster, to get repairs paid for that my insurance tried to decline. If you dread dealing with your insurance this is the company for you! When I decide to renovate or build my new house, 100% Construction will be my first call without a doubt.

I came to 100% Construction purely by chance, the company was recommended to me by an insurance agent that is not even our agent but I thought it would not hurt to talk to them and ask for an estimate.

Chris came to inspect our home, he did a thorough all inspection, took photographs to show us the damage and became the intermediary between us and the insurance company.

His estimate was very comprehensive, no hidden fees or small unreadable paragraphs.

We replaced our 10-year-old shingles with metal roof, they do look like shingles and are supposed to withstand the Texas elements if install properly and last longer than a regular roof.

I cannot say the installation went without a hitch (time, pandemic and supplies) but the end result and the professional way in which Chris conducted himself throughout the process was outstanding.

I admire my house all the time, I was afraid that the colors were going to be too dark but when I see it I do feel happy with the end result.

Logan was so awesome. They helped me fight my insurance company to pay for the roof.they won so the insurance company payed for the majority of the roof cost.It turned out beautiful thank you so much!

Great experience! The guys were super polite and friendly. They came by and inspected the roof and were efficient in the process with great communication about their findings. I will definitely recommend them to a friend.

Cody showed up with in a day of calling to inspect the roof for damage. He was a great help through the entire process answering all questions. Even met the insurance person to go over damage. Then replaced the roof with in a couple of days. All in all the whole thing took less then 2 weeks and was a very easy transaction. We will use this company if needed every time in the future.

They inspected all external structures and interacted with the insurance company on my behalf. All repairs/replacements were made with extreme efficiency and quality. I was kept up to date every step of the way, and everything was completed well ahead of my expectations. Logan and Chris were the best roofing professionals we’ve ever worked with! Their crew was great, roof installation, gutter installation, clean-up, everything was top notch and they were quick and kept us informed through out the process. They worked closely with our insurance company and made sure they provided everything to our adjuster as requested. Logan, who served as our project manager, was onsite during the install and met with us regularly and kept in touch during each step of the process and followed up multiple times to make sure we were pleased with the results. It was a real pleasure working with 100% Construction and I don’t give that kind of complement lightly. The best thing is they were honest and upfront, no changing the rules or approach… they did what they said they would do and within the timeframe they agreed too. Following a brutal hail storm which totaled my roof, they replaced my roof with better quality shingles and did a great job. They even helped to make the challenges of navigating the whole insurance aspect much easier. 100% I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for help with roof replacement.

This company is amazing and was so professional. After dealing with a less than helpful insurance company and constant harassment from other companies in our neighborhood, Cody with 100% was a dream to work with. Met with Chase from 100% Construction. Going in we knew we needed patience. From the start he kept us informed, delivered on time, installed within timely fashion, fixed/corrected errors made, made everything right. We had bad/wet weather, delay in materials, & numerous of hiccups along the way, Chase & his team made things right. They worked with our insurance adjuster, made sure we as the homeowners were taken care of. We absolutely love out new roof, gutters, fence stain & other repairs. House looks fantastic. It pops. I just had 100% construction out a new roof on my investment house, the guys were fast, as we all know time is money. They found issues I didn't even know I had and corrected them. I am going to be using them for all my future projects. 100% really lived up to the name with me.

I can absolutely vouch for this roofing company. I experienced a roof leak caused by the recent heavy rains and the owner of the company (Chris Carr) responded in less than 24 hours and quickly repaired my leaking roof on the spot. This is an honest local DFW roofing company, not a fly-by-night outfit, they won't try to up-sell you anything that you don't need. In an industry that is full of " bad-actors", it's nice to know there is at least one honest local roofing company doing business in DFW.

I highly recommend 100% Construction! If I had not met Chris Carr I would not have a new roof. When the State Farm Adjustor came off my roof he said there was minimal damage and offered me a couple of thousand $s. Chris introduced me to a Public Adjustor and have a fight of over a year with State Farm - they finally agreed to pay for a new roof. Chris patiently walked me through the whole process. Today we have a beautiful new high quality roof and beautiful new gutters! We could not be happier! We are so grateful for Chris Carr and his colleague Chase Montgomery who oversaw the installation of our new roof! I found a leak in my attic during this massive storm and Cody got to my house within 15 minutes of me calling! He diagnosed the issue quickly and got me a quick fix so I could I make it until the warranty office was able to send someone out.
