I was extremely impressed with this company in the beginning. Thankfully the beginning was the huge part! Bill Shupe was great!! Then I dealt with John Boston, who was to take care of the contents that were to be cleaned that were able to be salvaged from the fire. John was horrible about returning calls. It was 2 weeks from when I left a message until I got a return call. He left the company and I got a call from his replacement. He was going to get back in touch with me about who I was needing to get in touch with for demolition. Again it was a couple weeks if not longer before I got another call back. I did leave another message with both John and his replacement but they weren’t returned until I guess they got around to it. Not a time for phone calls to not be returned. I’ve never dealt with a fire before. I didn’t have a clue as to where to even start! Thankfully Bill Shupe was a huge help!!
