I have been using Ryan Neu as my salesman in Allentown for the last few years and he's been great. Very responsive and knowledgeable and always willing to help. Will keep ordering products from this company because of him!

My wife and I recently ordered a Therma-Tru® door through the Allenton location. We with Eric B. and he was able to make several suggestions for our somewhat complicated doorframe / rough opening. In the end, Eric was able to suggest finish and hardware options that will be perfect for our renovation project. He also was able to come up with multiple (great) options from which to choose.

We look forward to working with Eric again on several upcoming projects as he is very responsive to emails and phone calls and listened carefully to our questions and concerns in order to come up with a perfect solution! Eric also appeared to have a comprehensive knowledge base of several product lines across multiple categories. Great job!

Ordered material from this location from Eric. Drove an hour to this location each way, to get to our project and not have all the pieces in package for project. Eric than listened to half of what I said and did not order what was needed to finish job. Drove an hour each way again to get there and have it not be the right pieces. When I called Eric to reach out his response was “I don’t care” and “that’s not our problem”. 100% will never use this company and would not recommend using if you want to be valued or talked to with respect as a customer.

Have bought materials here for the last couple of home projects. They can recommend good contractors for installation. Both times we worked with Ryan Neu - he is outstanding.

Great place; the staff was extremely helpful in picking out supplies for my new deck. Jared's knowledge of all the supplies was excellent, he was giving fact after fact. He made the experience wonderful. I will definitely be back. 

Our go to for all of our high end molding and door needs. If you need it they have it or they can get it for you in short order.

Eric Bublitz at Zuern helped me earlier this year with a full deck package. I was thrilled with the quality of the materials, especially the lumber. I have not seen such a straight pile of lumber in my life, its also all SYP. The decking and railing materials were second to none, but that is because Zuern has better brands than the box stores. They also showed me products and techniques to help me on the way and walked me through what I needed with the inspector. My deck looks great and will last a long time.
I have since been back for window trim and again couldn't be happier. this trim is straight and true and a pleasure to install. I could get a wider selection of profiles and have them finished to my specification, affordably! I will never buy trim at the big box again.
The delivery drivers have also always been prompt, courteous and accommodating and anyone else in the store has been friendly and ready to help. Thanks Eric and team at Zuern!

I was looking for an outdated siding material, so I called Allenton. Unfortunately they didn't have what I needed, so Dave searched Zuerns other locations and found what I needed in Franklin. Thanks a ton!!!

We have lived in our home for 42 years and have remodeled and built additions over time. We have always had great service and excellent quality materials whenever we used Zuern in Allenton, Wisconsin. Recently, we decided to build a new home and worked with designer, Greg Fedorski. Greg listened and took our rough drawing of our new home and made it happen. He suggested ideas that we had not thought about to make our basic plan even more fantastic. He took time to rework the plan until it was exactly what we wanted and needed for our retirement home. The new house is is now up, and we were extremely pleased with the quality of materials delivered for its construction. I first met with Greg Fedorski about 6 months ago to design our new construction home. I gave him a long list of wants and a not-as-big budget. Over several meetings he was incredibly patient and came up with some creative ideas to make our floor plan come together. I am so glad we chose to come to Zuern instead of hiring an outside architect. Having the design services in-house allowed us to consult and coordinate with the sales department quickly and easily (regarding truss layouts, windows, etc).
Now we are working with Scott and Lori (Sales) and Kristin (Cabinetry) to finalize decisions on the inside of our home. Everyone has been incredibly kind and professional. Thank you!

Always helpful. Pricing is good. They carry good stock on many items so I was able to keep my project going.
