From start to finish A+ Service. I had a roofing emergency that needed to be fixed before it rained next and Zooguy was able to help. Henry from Zooguy was amazing to work with and their prices were more than reasonable and the finished product looks great. Henry gave me an estimate the same day i called on Wednesday and the project was done on Saturday.

They did great work on my roof after a raccoon made a huge hole. They were very professional, punctual, and the price was reasonable. Someone came out to give me a quote and I received the estimate by email within hours. I was very pleased with their service.

I can't say enough good things about Henry and the crew. In the span of 3 weeks I used them for 3 different jobs. The communication is great, they show up ready to work on time, and they go out of their way to get you in the schedule promptly. They're very knowledgeable and the quality of work is pretty impressive. I wish I found them years earlier.

I mostly interacted with Angel in getting an estimate and getting the job started. He always made himself available and the staff did an amazing job at removing and replacing the soffit as it was poorly done. Also the securing any loose siding. I would certainly recommend and contact them when I decide to replace my rook.

I worked with Angel on getting an estimate before I closed on my home. Work started shortly after I closed, which involved removing several layers of shingles and wood shake, all new plywood underlayment and re-roof. Work was done quickly and cleanly. Pricing is very competitive and communication is excellent. Highly recommended.

I would not recommend this company if you actually want work completed. We had an estimate from
Angel on July 19 to repair a leaking roof and to have vents installed for bathroom exhaust fans. My husband was told he would receive a call in a week and a half to schedule a time for the repairs to be made and now it is Sept 6 and we have never been contacted.

My husband has called and texted Angel numerous times since then to set up a time for the work to be completed and Angel has not returned his calls or texts. I called the main office myself last week to inquire and was told by the person whom answered the phone that he would have Angel call me and still zero response.

Evidently they are not interested in actually repairing our roof. Perhaps they are busy with bigger jobs but if that is the case they should not bother accepting estimate requests and be honest about not being able to do the job.

Angel came out fast to do the estimate but can’t be bothered to return a phone call so I would recommend calling another company if you have residential roofing needs.

They did a great job on my roof. Same day estimate, work started ahead of schedule and was done before I knew it. I'm definitely using zooguy for my future roofing work, and couldn't be happier with the work done. Very professional and prompt.

Mike and company did a terrific job on our brownstone roof. We saved a lot over the traditional method of ripping up and installing a new rubber membrane. They were quick, neat and professional.

Angel was very helpful with our roof repair. He kept in touch with us and explained every step along the way including the materials being used. The price was very reasonable compared to the other quotes we received. He even followed up after the first rain to ensure we had no more issues

Mike from Zooguy came highly recommended by a friend. We obtained four estimates, including Zooguy as the last. We thought we had already selected the company to do our roof, then Zooguy showed up. We were impressed with the process he used to provide the estimate, he even crawled around in our attic to look at the eves. Their price came in competitively, but that wasn't why we chose them.
