I recently had a siding installation done by Superior Siding and I’m very pleased with the outcome of our siding project. The installation team was punctual, professional, friendly and meticulous with their work. Mike was on top of it all, and made sure everything was done exactly as he said it would be done, his dedication, and communication through out was amazing, it was a very smooth process from beginning to end, and price was reasonable. I highly recommend Mike and his team!

Mike is one of those rare contractors that actually does everything that the says he will do. He and his crew did an outstanding job on my rental property without any issues or extra charges. He went over and above to make sure everything was done properly and that the site was left perfectly clean. Highly recommended!!!!

I highly recommend this company. Mike was great to work with. The work was done on time. They took great care of the property and the siding installation by Victor and his crew looks beautiful. Victor is a true artist and the attention to the details is obvious. They took their time and did an outstanding job. There were two very minor things that I preferred be done a different way after they had finished the job. Mike quickly sent his crews back to make the adjustments without hesitation. Working with Mike at Superior was a seamless experience from start to finish. After comparing several quotes from other companies and the quality of Alside’s Prodigy insulted siding, we opted to go with Superior. The project took 6-7 days for the install and the team was timely and paid attention to details that we felt other companies might have neglected. In the end, we are extremely happy with the results.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Mike was amazing and explained everything in detail, gave us all the options, but didn't push like others we spoke to. He let us make our choices and we were happy with our decisions. He gave a very good price and there were no hidden fees at the end. His workers were amazing! Fast, efficient, and even added small details that we didn't expect. They also were very careful about our landscape and left no damage or debris. The house is just beautiful and we highly recommend their service.

Mike and his crew were exceptional. Not only was the quality of work terrific, but completed on time and cleaned up spotless. (They actually showed up to work the day after a 6-7" snowstorm). Superior Siding & Windows was a pleasure to work with when I installed my windows over 10 years ago. Recently, one of the windows has experienced a crack in the seal. I called the company, which was quick to replace the window free of charge under the life time warranty. I would highly recommend for quality windows and reliable aftercare.

I can't praise Lou and his crews highly enough. I spoke with Lou over the phone and gave him a basic outline of what we were looking for. Based off the house measurements I gave him he gave me a very reasonable rough estimate over the phone. When he came to do the actual estimate, it came in even lower. He could have easily said nothing and I wouldn't have ever been the wiser, but his integrity and attention to detail in the estimate won us over.

That alone would have been worth the 5 stars, but the various crews were professional, careful, and on-time. The window installer was as polite and methodical as you could ask for. The roofing and siding crew was in and out within a work-week, and had a high attention to detail - even changing out a backboard for a light because the planned one would look too small. The gutter install was fast and painless. Lou was in communication throughout and everything happened on the timeline he said it would.

The house looks great, and it's down to Lou and his guys.

I decided to fix up my old house with new windows and siding I searched the websites and found Superior siding sent them an email heard from Lou ( the owner) with in minutes we set up a time to do an estimate Lou and his son showed up on time the spent a little over an hour showing me my options. Lou gave me an awesome price on windows and siding I felt good about doing business with him the job got done faster than I thought 4 weeks for custom windows to be made his window crew did a fabulous job took them a day to install 16 windows they were very professional A+ soon after that his siding crew showed up and did the siding owning took them a week very hard workers they did an amazing job I was very impressed with there work and professionalism I can’t say enough of good things about Superior siding Lou keep me updated on every step of the way . This review is for vinyl siding (shakes and standard), stone veneer, and gutters. Lou (the owner) and his team were great. His schedule was accurate. Fair price, quality work. Every member of his crew was professional and courteous. Lou checked in multiple times through the process and did a final check in once his crew was finished. I mentioned a couple minor items on a punch list I made and he immediately coordinated with his crew chief to take care of it (some minor silicone caulking...). Highly recommend his company.

While Superior Siding & Windows’ estimate was in line with other roofing company’s estimates, we chose them because of the customer service. They were great to work with and did a great job with our roof.

We used Superior siding and windows for our house. We replaced all the vinyl siding. Everything was included siding, gutters, fascia, and other details to the house. The crew was professional, always on time, and very neat. The house came out beautiful and we couldn't be happier.

So, I put in a request for a quote through Home Advisor and the owner Lou reached out to me.. You can see the correspondence in the screenshots provided below, but he was pretty disrespectful from the beginning. He starts out assuming I have a spouse and asks for both of our availability. I told him I work from home and could be flexible, but preferred an earlier time than what he originally suggested. He continued to press me for my spouse's availability and I advised him that I'm the homeowner that placed the request in, so he could simply speak to me about the quote. I also advised him that I was looking for something very specific, just to help him narrow down what he would have to bring with him (he made a comment about bringing his whole showroom). He AGAIN pushed the availability of my spouse and when I finally advised him that I am not married and it was pretty bad business practice on his part to start off with that from the initial point of conversation when my request through Home Advisor made no mention of a spouse, nor did it ask about one. Even in lieu of the unnecessary back and forth, I asked him what available times he had (because he again suggested a later time that I said I preferred not to do) and how long a meeting would take. I told him I planned to use my lunch for the consult. He said 60-90 mins... I simply asked if there was a reason why the consult was so long, considering I've received quotes from 3 other high rating contractors and they were in and out in less than 15 (and that was with jokes and pleasant conversation). That apparently seemed to annoy him and he made a comment about no wonder I'm single.. Mind you, I'm not... As you can see from the text string, he goes on to state that he's happy he's getting under my skin (which he wasn't). Either way, while I'm sure the ratings on here aren't lying about his work, his professionalism is pretty trash. I've had a few contractors in my space for different things the last few months, and have never had an issue until this guy. There are others out there that do a great job and at a great price that are a ton more pleasant to deal with. Good luck with this guy.

We had our Vinyl Siding installed by Superior Siding & Window just a week ago. We couldn’t be more happier with the outcome. Lou did a fantastic job in making sure the project is completed on time —from procurement of the materials/supplies needed(2 months ahead of schedule) to overseeing that we’re getting the quality of service expected from his company. His installation crew(Carlos, Waldo & Daniel) are reliable, hardworking & responsive to our needs. They work all day from 8:30am to 6:30-7:00pm & dealt with the challenges of the project patiently & professionally. They consulted me in every issues the have & they are very knowledgeable with what they’re doing. Kudos to Lou & his crew for a job well done!!! I’ll surely recommend you to our friends in the area who may be needing of your services.

Lou at Superior Siding was a pleasure to deal with. We contracted them to completely change the look of our house. We had them remove an old wooden porch and install a new stone porch, install a new front door and build a portico. After the new porch and portico, they installed a new roof and replace the vinyl siding. Lou handled all the coordination and the permits. His installation crews were professional and did a great job with every phase of the project. I would definitely recommend them to others. We are completely satisfied with the quality of work they performed.

I called Superior for vinyl siding, entry door and sliding door installation. After speaking with Lou, I was convinced he would be working with premium materials and dedicated to providing quality service. I knew it wasn't going to be the cheapest home siding option out there but I chose a premium siding with a few options so that was expected. Extremely satisfied with the quality of the materials and craftsmanship. Lou provided good communication and kept me up to date on project start/finish, dumpsters, materials, delays, etc. Luis and the crew did a great job on the install and were very receptive to any questions, requests and/or concerns I may have had.

Lou and his crew are professionals. Before I decided to do a new siding, I made 5 assessments and Lou was the fifth. He was the only person who came to me personally and he took an hour to explain to me what types of sidings are, what are the insulation, what are the differences between sidings and prices , and what will be the procedure for his work. The other four didn't even want to see me, they said I don’t have to be at home to give me a quote! the truth is that Lou was the most expensive, but only because I chose better material and premium siding plus a great color. The price was not much higher and I really got what I wanted. Now my house looks great! Carlos the main employee has done a great job this is a very talented man. His window finish is outstending, all my neighbors have said they have never seen windows so nicely finished! everyone wanted they phone number . I would highly recommend Superior Siding. We had 3 doors replaced, new vinyl siding and all new gutters installed. Joel was the lead of the team and communicated with me throughout the process. He even came up with some ideas for lantern placement on the house that I did not even think of. Their workmanship was excellent!

GREAT EXPERIENCE with Lou and Superior Siding & Windows! Our house looked awful, been here for 24 years and the existing original siding looked bleached and blanched and tired and we did not want to paint. Google reviews and the inter-web I came up with (4) Top rated vinyl siding companies in Sussex and Morris Counties to choose. Lou came up himself and did a wonderful job answering ALL our questions, had vinyl samples, measured up the house and gave us a full proposal on the spot! GREAT PRICE, and Great color options. We went with Riviera Dusk a dark blue that makes the white trim really POP! So very happy with Lou and the Color!
The crew he sent up to do the job was AMAZING! They came up when Lou said they would start the job and began on a SATURDAY! the crew foreman, Joel and his Two assistants, Caesar and Viktor were truly AWESOME! these guys worked from 8am to 6pm Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and finished the bi-level house by NOON Thursday!!!
They were courteous and very professional and HARD working! They were great around the house being very careful not to step on the vegetation and flowers! i cannot say enough about Joel and the crew! when i spotted a warped vinyl piece on the siding they asked no questions and quickly replaced it!
Overall, Lou was great, the price was fair and the promised time to start was spot on and the work they performed was impeccable! WE are Most Happy with the finished product, they did a crown molding around the back door, even removed the long and heavy AWNING we had on the house and re-attached it PERFECTLY! They cleaned up EVERYTHING each day after work and the dumpster guy Danny came the very next morning to take the dumpster away! I am certain the new vinyl siding and new gutters, drain pipes and leaders are adding a significant amount to the value of the house!

I work with and hire contractors as a Facilities Manager every day, and I can say I wish all contractors were as professional, responsive, timely and neat/clean as Superior Siding and Windows. Lou's crew (Team Joel) was awesome. Lou came to my house, reviewed all options, and gave me a very fair price to install new vinyl siding, and replace old gutters/downspouts. House looks brand new, and I've received several compliments from neighbors. Would hire again and highly recommend.

You won't be disappointed. We had our roof and siding replaced. Lou and his crew were wonderful during the entire installation, very responsible, clean and professional. Used their services to change siding and roof in my 2 houses. Very satisfied with the job done a couple years ago. I called a few weeks ago because the wind damage some parts of the roof and within 2 days on Sunday the roof was fixed and not charge. Thank you very much.

Amazing job! Superior Siding and Windows made my house look brand new! We got new vinyl siding and stone work. Crews were extremely professional and took care to make sure every square inch of the house was perfect. His siding crew even fixed a crawl space door that has been broken for ages just because they were working in that area. I was blown away by the quality and timeliness of the work.

Lou was detailed in his estimate, and clear about pricing. The installers were very professional personnel who were always on time and maintained a clean work environment throughout the project. My house went from a green nightmare to a beautiful grey with stone. I got so many compliments from the neighbors .

My husband and I were considering re-siding our house and installing three windows. Based on Lou’s presentation with multiple visual examples, we were sold. His crew was extremely respectful to us and our property. They cleaned as they worked and barely left any debris afterward. They did not blast loud music or yell to each other while working. If it weren’t for the hammering, you would never know they were there. The foreman Joel addressed any and all questions on the spot. They swapped out a huge picture window which was a royal pain in the neck since it was the original glass from 1967, and installed two double hung windows. I was impressed with their attention to detail. The meticulous craftsmanship exhibited by all the guys made us realize how unsightly and poorly executed the previous work was when we bought the house.

It took about seven full days to complete the job because we had rain for two days straight and they do not work on Sundays. The day after the siding was completed, the dumpster was picked up by 8:00 AM. Then the gutters were installed literally three hours later. It rained two hours after installation and the gutters looked and worked beautifully. I never had so many cars or people walking, stopping to stare at my house. I met more neighbors in the 7 days while Joel and his crew were working than I did in the last 11 years I lived in my house. Everyone stated how it looks like a new house. I could not agree more. I love the new look of my house.

I had a siding project completed in November of 2018. I recently needed a small repair and Lou sent out one of his men right away to fix it at no charge. Lou is an honest businessman who stands by his work. That is not always the case with contractors. I highly recommend using his company.

Superior Siding did a 5 star job replacing the siding on our house. Lou provided a thorough and informative consultation, and once we selected him for the job Carlos and his team worked efficiently and were very pleasant and professional. The whole job for our ~2,300 square foot split-level house lasted Friday to Friday, not including Sunday and losing a day due to rain. Lou worked with us to make sure the dumpster and materials did not impede car access to our garage throughout the project, which was important. The team’s work was neat, thorough, precise and well-done – a high-quality job. You never know what you’re going to get when you find a contractor online instead of based on direct-experience recommendation, since fake reviews abound these days, but in this case our experience fully lived up to all of the positive reviews we saw online.

Lou and his foreman Joel (and crew) are top notch. They did an excellent job on our house, with meticulous detail and at a reasonable price. Lou is highly responsive and a pleasure to work with.

We made an appointment for Lou to meet us at our home to give us an estimate on a rather extensive siding and window job. I texted him about half an hour before he was supposed to arrive. He never texted me back and he did not show up. Very unprofessional and discourteous.

Lou and his team successfully transformed our home from just another house on the block to, hands down, the nicest house on the block! Lou took the time to sit down with us, walked us through our options and provided us with an estimate right on the spot. The cost breakdown was easy to understand and fair (as compared to other estimates we had previously received). The project began in a timely manner. We were kept in the loop on lead times for materials which allowed us to schedule other aspects of the project around the windows, roofing, siding and stone work being provided by Lou. Once the project started we felt as if we were a priority. The men worked every day (weather permitting) until the project was completed. At the end of each day our property was left neat and tidy. The crew asked for input on cosmetic finishing touches to ensure they catered to our personal tastes. No surprise added costs came up. We are very happy with the results. I highly recommend Superior Siding, Lou and his team to anyone.

UPDATE: Over a month after install was complete I contacted Lou and asked him to come back for a small fix.. he sent someone back within a week to make me happy! Great follow up!

Lou and his company were very professional and did amazing work . I contacted Lou after speaking with neighbors in the area that had recently used his services. To my surprise, houses i had come to admire and like Lou and his crew had done. Without knowing i had already liked and approved his work. My house had a lot of little areas that needed plenty of attention. his crew took just around 6 days to complete , but were meticulous with every cut. i had issues with leaking windows , added new lights around the exterior and had a bay window that needed cosmetic attention. His crew solved and fixed it all. Lou was always a call /text away and would always get back to me within 1 business day. He was clear with material, time for the job, and pricing. My wife and i are very satisfied and would highly recommend using Superior Siding and Windows.

The crew did an excellent job. The job took longer than expected because there were some damaged areas that had to be repaired, but the Forman Joelle knew how to fix it and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. If you have an older house, you couldn’t pick a better company to do your siding.

Lou was willing to come meet with us after hours. After just a few minutes I knew I was talking to somebody who knew his business with customer satisfaction being his top priority. Compared to other quotes, final price was more than fair. He had no problem doing a little custom work for me. The crew came when he said they would which is always a plus. As mentioned in another review, the professionalism and work ethic were excellent. At first my wife was concerned the color I picked was to dark,, but at the end, her first three words were “Oh my god!!!”. (In a good way!) Nothing but compliments from the neighbors. If you are considering siding, give Lou a call. You won’t be disappointed.

I give superior roofing & siding 5 stars plus. Lou came to give us an estimate and told us approximately 4 weeks to start and his crew came sooner. I can't say enough about his foreman Carlos and his team. We had superior siding do a new roof, siding, new shutters & black gutters which are absolutely beautiful. The job was completed in less than a week and our house looks simply amazing. We liked the way Lou presented himself on the estimate and so we signed the contract that day. I will recommend Superior Siding & Windows to everyone I know needing siding & windows. From the roof to the gutters everyone was top notch and very professional. The men cleaned up everyday at the end of the day and when the job was completed, you would never know that a contractor had been working at my house. Lou lived up to all that he promised and then some and he checked up on his workers and called us to make sure we were totally satisfied with the job. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Lou was professional, friendly and upfront about our entire project from the moment first moment throughout the entire project, and even after completion. We received multiple proposals for our siding and the cost was definitely fair. Not only was that helpful, as we have been on a budge for our entire home remodel, but the quality and service were beyond any that I have ever encountered. As there are bumps in the road with any renovation, the foreman on the job, Joel, was absolutely outstanding! There were framing issues (not due to Superior- but what a nightmare from our previous contractor) that needed to be addressed, and Lou's team put their heads together and solved it within minutes- with the most reasonable and seamless fix possible. Not only that, but Lou personally checked in on us day in and day out to make sure we were completely satisfied. We were told that the siding would take about 2-3 weeks to come in given the color we had chosen, and with a pleasant surprise, Lou received it and had it delivered to our home in just about a week. The entire project took about 4 1/2 days to complete. They cleaned up all of the scraps and the house is GORGEOUS. We could not be more happy with the service, craftsmanship and overall presentation! We used Superior Siding & Windows a couple of months ago for entry and storm doors replacement. Mike and his crew did an amazing job! We were impressed with the high-quality doors and professional workmanship. We had previously used them to install new vinyl siding and gutters at our old house. For both projects, they were on time, courteous and well-priced compared to other companies. We highly recommend Superior Siding and will use them again!
