I had William from Zona Handyman services come out and provide an estimate on hanging two gazebo fans. He answered all my questions and provided me with many options that he would be able to do to install the fans. He seemed very knowledgeable and had the experience to get this job done. I would hire William and Zona Handyman Services for any future projects I may have.

Overall, I would have to rate my experience with Zona Handyman Services five stars. While I don't feel they had the initial manpower to handle the job, the finished product was up to standard and I was satisfied with the service. Overall communication was good and I would definitely use them in the future. I had a 12X20 aluminum structure built in my back yard.

Zona Handyman Services has provided my husband and I with a lot of detailed work while doing our renovations. William is very knowledgeable about most, if not all the aspects of the renovation. We were looking to support a local small business for a handyman job we needed help with. Unfortunately, our experience with this company has been disappointing due to their lack of responsiveness.

I initially called the company several times, but didn't receive an answer. Eventually, I got a text message stating they were unavailable to talk at the moment. I replied to the text, describing the job we needed help with and asking if they'd be interested.

Later that same day, I received a phone call from the company, and they asked for more details about the job. They also requested a photo of the area that needed work, which I promptly sent over.

However, since sending the photo, I haven't received any further communication from the company. I've tried calling them multiple times, but my calls have gone unanswered. I've also texted a few times but also received nothing back for several days.

This level of unresponsiveness is disappointing, especially since we were looking forward to working with a local business. Needless to say, we're looking at other options for our handyman needs.

Worst service ever, I had a appointment and had renters at our house waiting around all day for him. He said between 12:00 to 1:00 but would let me know when he was getting close. Its day 2 now and have called and texted him multiple times throughout the day and into the next day with no response back. I would look around and find someone that is honest and trustworthy and would never use this service or refer to anyone to them.

William Is very pleasant to work with and always on time. He's very
confident and has expertise in a number of handyman services. In fact I am using him to take care of a number of other projects that I'd like to get done.

William and helper were prompt, professional, and did a wonderful job installing new smoke/ carbon detectors. And reasonably priced! We think we have found our new go-to handyman here in Estrella Mountain Ranch.

William was extremely responsive and professional from the very beginning. He gave me a fair estimate for a large amount of services. His online scheduling was awesome for me to find a time that worked best. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable and completed hanging 5 ceiling fans, 7 complicated curtain rods and curtains, 2 in wall tv mounts , along with some other wall hangings etc in two days! I am definitely using him regularly and am making a list to use him again for sure!

We highly recommend Zona. We are new to the area and needed ceiling fans and pendent lights installed. We chose Zona based on the reviews and so glad we did. William is the best! He's very professional and friendly as well. He installed a new light fixture, a new shower head, and hooks all in my guest bathroom. He works very efficiently and the projects were complete in no time at all with the utmost care. Also, William uses an online scheduler that works great. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

This is my handyman! As a transplant from Colorado finding help when you move can be overwhelming. Zona made this so much easier even giving friendly suggestions on how to improve a project. Also quoted an amount - charged less and a fair price after the fact. Thats integrity. Biggest need in a handyman is integrity and this company has it. Wont look anywhere else myself...you shouldn't either.

Zona Handyman services have done multiple jobs in our home anywhere from outlet installation, breaker services, and fan installation. All work has been completed fast and effectively. If needing any work done we highly recommend them!

William is has completed plumbing and electrical work in my home. What stands out to me is that I asked for quotes for someone to instal a camera over my garage and several people estimated it would take between 4-6 hours and it took William half that time which saved me money.

Will brings the knowledge and training to you on so many tasks. He used laser alignment to expertly guide his drill, and installed over fifty knobs and pulls in our updated kitchen, changed out bad hinges where needed, and installed our new hanging modern light fixture. I'll most definitely have him back for other jobs at our home, and when my snow birding mom returns in the fall. His scheduling, invoicing, and communication is the best I've encountered...easy to use, and I felt great about not having to wait for a call back. He's running a tight ship and you won't be wrong in calling on him for your jobs big or small.
