Owner of company is very nice and set up a prompt appointment with us to review our renovation projects at our house. After a productive walk-through in which he took extensive notes, he promised us a quote within a week or so. That was three months ago, and we haven't received any quote. I even followed up with him a month after his visit, and he apologized and promised a proposal the following week. But nothing has come in.

Can't help but feel disrespected as a homeowner and potential customer. Perhaps he was too busy to want to take on our work (in which case he should have been transparent and let us know so we wouldn't have to wait needlessly to hear back), simply forgot about us, or just doesn't care about new customers. Whatever the case, I am surprised and frustrated to have been treated this way by this company.
