Carlos repaired the window wells of certain windows and also repaired slate on our mansard roof. He did an incredible job assessing the work required and completing the job. He did his work in a timely manner and was great to work with. He is very professional and thorough in the work he and his team perform. I have used Carlos twice before and highly recommend him.

Carlos and his crew put a new roof on our house in the dead of winter. He said it would take 2 and a half days and it was done in 1 and a half. This spring while I was doing clean up, I did not see a single shingle on the ground. These guys are great, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I wish every contractor I dealt with in the last two years was as professional, personable and honest as Carlos Melendez. Very late in the fall it became apparent I needed a complete new roof . And QUICKLY. Carlos came, inspected what was needed and gave me a quote. Several others had told me I ABSOLUTELY needed all new plywood sub-roof (which added about 5k to the job). Carlos said HONESTLY...We won't know until the shingles are off, and he gave me an allowance for a certain number of sheets, if needed, and a better price on more if necessary.As he had predicted...my plywood did not need replacement, and I really respected and appreciated his honesty. He found a spot on his schedule for me, came when stated, and he and his crew worked efficiently and completed the job in two days, as promised. All the guys were polite, everything was left clean, and I do not hesitate to recommend Melendez Roofing for your job.

Carlos and his crew are the best roofers around, hands down. When we needed a new roof done, he came out right away to examine the old roof, explained exactly what needed to be done, and quoted an extremely fair price. We actually had two roofs done — one on the main house and one on the addition — and it only took them two days. AND when they cleaned up afterwards, our lawn and driveway were even cleaner than before they arrived! I can’t say enough good things about this company. If you need your roof done, have them do it. You won’t regret it!

We contracted with Melendez Roofing when we it was time to replace the roof and skylights on our multi-unit condo. Carlos and his team did a great job, completing the work on schedule with a thorough cleanup afterwards. The roof, skylights, and bay windows all look excellent. Cannot believe how this company willing put their name on this work..after repeated calls and returns to finish work they were contracted to do there is still unfinished work..they used wrong tiles and stated that they were no longer available but we purchased them ourselves..they were contracted to fix many rafter tails and eves..would come and do one or two in hopes we wouldn't notice the rest were not done..some still not done ..was paid 10000$ but did less than 2000$ worth of work..scammer and lier.. streer clear of this company if you want done what you pay for..!!!!!!

Melendez roofing was hired to do a new roof for us. We couldn’t have been happier. Their work was efficient and timely and professional. They worked with our time schedule and provided everything we needed in the way of documentation to work with our insurance company as well as permits and inspection, etc. When we got the standard letter from the supplier of roofing materials, Melendez Roofing was right there to provide us with documentation of payment in full. They took care of everything and left the property as clean as if no work had been done. It’s easy to give them five stars!
