I have used ZK Contracting for 3 different projects
for roof work and cement/ concrete work and they have always done a wonderful job. They completed each job timely, communicated regularly and always gave me a really good cost for each job. If I ever had a question or request or an issue, Iqbal was always more than accommodating. I will continue using them for future work as I have always had a great experience with them.

I googled roofing contractor near me and I had quite a list to choose from. I called several contractors with really good ratings and everyone showed up to give me an estimate on my roof replacement. From the minute Mr. Iqbal answered the phone he was very professional and knowledgeable of my of the job I needed done. He was the last contractor to give me an estimate and it was not only the best price that landed him my business but also his personality. As a consumer you want a contractor you can explain your situation without being rushed and in return answer your questions simply. We communicated a few times over a couple of days in regards to scheduling my job around the weather forecast and was done without and hesitation. The job was done with high quality materials and the highest attention to detail. Throughout the duration of the job I was given updates of what was going on. This is the company you want working for you. 5 stars all the way.

Absolutely 100% satisfied..not good work but amazing work. I had hired ZK after another company damaged my roof last year and they fixed everything to perfection.. I have hired this company again (9/17/2014) to cement one side of my house, fix/fill all the cracks in my payment, and close a window, once again not disappointed. Iqbal is very profession, honest, and he explains everything in laymen's terms, he answers all my questions without getting annoyed or angry ( which is very important too me since I love to ask numerous questions) and his prices are reasonable. I recently had my roof, sidewalk and kitchen renovated by ZK Construction. The contractor Mr. Iqbal was very professional. He did a very good job. My roof was leaking. I had a contractor came in and fixed it. But, it was still leaking. Once, Mr. Iqbal installed the new roof, no more leaking. I am also very happy with my new kitchen. I would definitely recommend the ZK construction for any kind of house work.

I contacted ZK 4 weeks ago. They were very professional with the estimate. Their communication on the other was terrible. I had to email or text them several times to ask if they received my proposal and inquire about when the work would be started. I sent my last text to them and his response was not apology for the lack of communication but more of a I can take my business elsewhere. I found someone else who is willing to the same amount of work or better for 1500 less than ZK's inflated price.

A couple of years ago we had our roof repaired by what turned out to be shady contractors. Within a few months, there were leaks each time it rained. They came out to "fix the problem" a few times but only made things worse. Eventually, we had several ceilings collapse and our home was badly damaged. It was a total disaster and needless to say, we were very skeptical and anxious when seeking to hire another roofing contractor.

We found Iqbal through a Google search and he was professional from start to finish. He answered all of our questions, gave a thorough explanation of what to expect, and gave us confidence that he would install a new roof that wouldn't give us any headaches. He was very patient and not pushy at all unlike other contractors who came to give us an estimate. It took us several months before we made the decision to hire ZK Contracting and we are glad we did! No complaints and no more leaks! we highly recommend Iqbal and his team.

Iqbal was very professional and knowledgeable. He recently repaired my roof. I called him on a Monday morning and that same day he went to go give me an estimate. He climbed the roof and immediately suggested putting in a brand new roof by removing about 4 layers of shingles. His price was extremely competitive and his work was well done.

He also installed insulation for me at no additional cost. All I had to do was supply the material . His work comes with a 15 year guarantee which is great!

The only problem I had was that not all of the shingles from the side roof was removed (They weren't in bad condition)

Iqbal and his team did roofing and brickwork on my two family home. For the roofing they replaced the roof and changed the gutter. For brickwork they changed the windows sills and lintels, repairs cracks in the bricks, and added stucco to the back of the house. They were professional, friendly, responsive to my requests, and competitively-priced. The work they did was excellent and they even added in some extras that they were under no obligation to do. I'm very pleased with their work and I'm looking forward to using them again on other properties.
