Hired to fix a leak but never did. Think they just put some roof cement on parts of the roof, then coating on half the roof and just hoped for the best. I ended up fixing it myself later. I guess on the bright side I ended up learning how to fix leaks/roof maintenance and will probably just do it myself in the future.

I'm in construction but not this type of work so I went by local reviews. R Luis had one of the best ratings. Although 2 others also had high ratings, their's seemed questionable, and after reading their negative reviews I opted to call R Luis. Ali of R Luis showed up without delay, and finished the job exactly as promised, no tricks, no shortcuts, no upselling, no extras, and no expedited-pricing pending an approaching storm. He arrived on time with a full team of hard-working, courteous employees. Ali is a young man who comes across as trustworthy and kind. His parents did well. I will call him back for other work for this family member's property in March or April (when weather gets better) and update this review. PS - I also met with a commercial contractor friend to show him the property, and according to him Ali did great.
