I met with six or seven other GAF master elite roofers before choosing AK Gatsios, and the difference was night and day. The others either overcharged me or spoke down to me as I am a woman, but AK Gatsios was professional, polite, and honest. He provided clear, up-to-date advice without any condescension. When his team arrived, they were fast, efficient, and just as respectful. The job was done perfectly, and I never felt overcharged or taken advantage of. If you want great service from someone who truly values their customers, he’s the one to call!

This group came through on everything they promised. They were on time for appointments, provided a fair estimate, and were able to make the changes I requested with little notice. I wanted to have my roof replaced, he gave me what I think was a reasonable estimate, got the permit and notified me right away. He told me how long the job was going to take and he was right on target. I gave him a deposit and we agreed that I would pay him within a reasonable amount of time. I decided to put a new roof and had a few roofing contractors/companies come by and give me quotes. Having dealt with all kinds of contractors, it was important to me that I felt very comfortable with the person I gave the job. I found this company on the GAF website as a GAF certified company. This in itself instilled a level of confidence in AK Gatsios. Alkis is a straight shooter, gave me a reasonable price, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He’s laid-back, sincere and accommodating, and always answers his calls. His men were very punctual, knew exactly what they were doing, finished the job on time and left my driveway cleaner than before they arrived. They protected my neighbor’s driveway and mine with tarps while doing the job. I have to say that after having watched them work, this was probably one of the most efficient group of people I’ve come across. Each person knew his task and they performed like a well oiled machine. Their workmanship is top notch and I had several neighbors say they were impressed. Alkis always set my mind at ease with any questions or concerns I had. I can’t recommend this man enough! Every once in a while you get lucky with someone like this!

They did an amazing job, completely professional. My roof was done in a day and a half, full cleanup. All materials ordered is what was supplied. If you need your roof redone, they are the company to do the job, and they are reasonably priced.

Highly recommended. A K Gatsios did roofing, siding, brick, and window work on my home. They were extremely communicative and the work itself was high quality. They were flexible with timing issues in coordinating with other contractors and delivered on the work they promised with no drama.

The owner, Arkis, is very professional and reliable. the cost is very reasonable. If you see any issue, the owner will come back and send workers to fix without charge. The labor is 25-year quarantined and materials are 50-yr quarantined. The company is fully insured and licensed so you can apply township permit easily. I will strongly recommend to my friends.

Due to a cyclonic event my extension roof was damaged and skylights destroyed. The impact also damaged interior ceilings. Gatsios came with two teams of workers , interior and exterior.
They repaired and replaced an entire exterior roof, installed new skylights, gutters and chimney work, as well as repairing and painting the interior ceiling in one day (7 hours). They even went out and bought needed paint when what I offered was too old to use. High quality workmanship and great clean-up. Highly recommend them.

I had a leak in my roof and water was leaking into a bedroom. Thankfully there was no rain in the forecast but Alkis was able to source the roofing material quickly and we had a new roof installed in a week! AK Gatsios came quickly and gave an estimate when I called. He was able to schedule the work within a few days of accepting his proposal. He and his crew came promptly in the morning and completed the roof replacement by mid afternoon. His crew did a great job and cleaned up the debris once they were done.
