We originally called Dean to take a check out at a potential issue. He came same day to take a look and was able to fix it, right away as it was only cosmetic. He did a very thorough check of the entire roof while he was up there. He did take pictures to show what could become issues down the road and gave us a fair quote on the work. We have since had him back to do the work. He was very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was able to reuse a part that originally we thought would need to be replaced thus changing the price in our favour. We are very happy with his work and his crew was very respectful as well. We highly recommend him and his team and will call him in the future when the need may arise.

Dean and Jocey were so amazing to work with. Dean was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He came out immediately and assessed our concerns with our skylight leak. He tool pics and showed us exactly what the problem was and gave a great quote which was far more responsible than 2 other roofing companies that left me in doubt about using someone in Chilliwack. While on the roof he found that the dryer vent ( which was a modified air vent to pass code ) was almost completely plugged, he took the time to clean out all the debris free of charge and explained the problem was common within our complex. We are very pleased with the skylight installation and can't thank Leadworth Roofing enough for the quality of the service which they delivered. Went above and beyond, patching up serious storm damage. Found and filled mistakes from previous roofers. Took lots of pictures to show me the state of the roof before and after fixes, then gave a suggested game plan for moving forward with longer term repairs. Would strongly recommend.

Very happy with the re-roofing job Leadworth did on my shop roof. Before quoting Dean did a thorough inspection of existing roof, he identified areas that needed repair and included for these repairs in his price. The installers were friendly and conscientious, cleaning up every day and making sure no nails were left on ground. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I called in the morning to have some singles repaired after a big windstorm.
They came by within the hour to look and give me a quote and had it all fixed up before the day was over.
It was so cold and windy but they didn't hesitate to get up on my roof and fix it up before the snowfall.

I was woken up before dawn this morning to the sound of rattling on the side of my house during the windstorm. I went outside only to find a whole section of vinyl siding had come loose and was essentially waving/rippling with each wind gust. I had to find a company that was able to respond quickly for an emergency call out before the siding actually came off the house. Dean and his crew were phenomenal to work with. He was professional, honest and very easy to get along with. He looked after all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. Their team was courteous and polite during installation. They did several large Skylights for us along with the roof. It's been a year and we are still impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of their work. There are many options in the Fraser valley for roofers and though Leadworth was a little more expensive then some we feel the end result was worthy the extra cost. I'd highly recommend the team at Leadworth.

Contacted Leadworth with some issues we were having with our downspouts. Dean came over to assess and then give us a quote for downspout replacement. While there he gave our roof a look over and gave some helpful advice around our torch on roof. Downspouts were replaced really quickly and they look great! No more leaks! I had Dean come out a few weeks ago to fix a leak on the roof, and he did a great job. He found an additional problem with my bathroom fan exhaust tube which was dislocated and fixed it for me. **Long review...basic summary if you don't want to read the whole thing...if you want an honest, prompt, knowledgeable roofing company that goes above and beyond, this is the one I would recommend without any hesitation.

Our roof started leaking during the recent snow & ice storms from an area we suspected was the junction of a wall and a roof valley. There was an ice dam that froze and when the freezing rain and melting snow started running off the roof, it came in through our ceiling.

After calling a couple different roof repair companies who didn't send anyone out, I searched Google for the highest rated roofing companies and Leadworth was at the top, so I sent an email. I got an immediate email response and a follow up phone call and Dean came out the next day. Dean took a look and made an assessment of what the problem was, which could have been 1 of two things, either a small repair or a larger more expensive repair. He provided both the options and said he wanted to try the small repair first to see if it could work and also save us some money.

After pulling back the siding and looking at the faulty flashing installation, he advised he was 99.99% sure he had found the problem and recommended trying the small fix first.

Summary of his repairs are as follows:
-Removed siding along the dead valley and around the corner.
-Area was found to be improperly flashed.
-Sealed around the step flashing & the corner flashing where it looked like water was entering.
-Sealed the paper in this area as well.
-Reinstalled the siding.
-Sealed two pieces of capping that were ripped.

The final invoice broke down the repairs and the costs which was extremely reasonable and in my opinion below what industry costs currently are.

Dean also inspected our roof and provided us with a free estimate for a new roof. Rather than just saying our roof needed immediate replacement, he provided a timeline estimate for the remaining life of the roof which actually paralleled the original installation lifespan. Dean walked us through a proper roof replacement costing and estimate and provided a very competitive quote.

Our skylight was leaking in Eastern Hillsides/Chilliwack and we were happy to have a knock on our door with 2-3 hours of calling. Dean located and fixed the issue for a very fair price and showed pictures of the work he did. Dean also was nice enough to clear a gutter at a high point in our roof and clean our skylight!
