This roofing company was amazing to work with. We had some shingle damage due to the storm in Mt Pleasant. They promptly returned my phone call. They were out the next day with a drone to assess the damage. They provided a fair estimate. They were there within the week to fix our roof. Apparently they also do windows and siding. I would recommend them.

I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with Zeigler Metal Roofing and Shingles. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality of their work is outstanding. Not only does my roof look fantastic, but I feel confident in the quality and durability of the materials they used. They even upgrading the ventilation boots and added a nice gutters and downspouts. They completed the project very quickly and kept the worksite as clean as they could considering all the debris that comes off. Dave even came out a few more times just to make sure everything was cleaned up. He used magnets to remove any metal pieces or nails that might have been missed on the first pass.

What truly sets Dave and his company apart was his willingness and ability to replace the roof on one side of a duplex which can be a tricky job to do right. Most of the roofing companies we talked to refused to do this type of project. They went above and beyond. I contacted Dave after the deluge that was Tropical Storm Debby caused some water leakage and a small amount of mildew on the ceiling and wall of my dining room. When I called, a week or two after Debby, he suggested that we wait until after another rain to check for leaks. TS Helene provided that opportunity. He stopped by a couple of days later with a hand held moisture detector. He checked the walls and ceiling of the dining room, as well as the attic above. The good news was that after the rain from Helene, he could not detect any moisture penetration. After an inspection of the exterior , he concluded that the water likely had entered through the 48 year old flashing. He said that this was certainly due to the extreme rain duration and intensity of Debby, but considering the fact that no leaks had appeared after Helene, he wouldn't necessarily recommend replacing the flashing at this time. He also recommended that I wipe down the mildewed areas on the interior ceiling and wall with a bleached-based cleaner. I did that later the same day, and the surfaces look fine.
I am extremely impressed with Dave's honesty and expertise and would strongly recommend his services to anyone having a moisture issue similar to mine. I will certainly call him if I have any future problems. Five stars!
