We are so happy with all aspects of our experience with Zaga. Within a day or two of our first phone call, Angel stopped by to examine our roof. He was so down-to-earth and clear that we immediately felt comfortable hiring Zaga. They continued to generously answer all our naive questions and concerns and even stopped by to quickly fix some wind damage that happened while we were waiting for the new roof. The work crew itself was amazing. They were hardworking, efficient, and professional: No standing around, no goofing off, no loud music, and no chit chat like you see on other work crews. They were so impressive, not to mention gracious and friendly, plus it was stunning how diligent they were about picking up every bit of trash and debris both during and after the two-day project. We're super impressed and highly recommend Zaga.

Zaga Construction is hands down the best group we have ever worked with. From the beginning to the end, we experienced excellent communication. Their knowledge with roofing, siding, venting, waterproofing is unsurpassed. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is incomparable. We live near a lake and like all the houses, we had bat problems. Not to mention our roofing and siding was long overdue for replacement. We had water damage and we were unsure if the bats had made it through the sheathing. Abel and his crew were incredible to work with. They sent us pictures during the initial tear off to help us see that the damage was not as extensive as we thought (while we were at work and not there to see for ourselves). They removed bats and lots of guano, and they cleaned it all up before we got home. There were so many extra things they did for us without additional charges. They cared so much that we loved the end product. Every time we had a request, we were met with a smile and a no problem. I have never worked with contractors like that before. Every day, the work site was cleaned up. They were very careful with our new deck and put tarps down and when one of the railings got dinged up with a ladder, they took it upon themselves to replace the whole board and stain it. Even when I would never have known the damage was done, and it was minor and only visible if you looked for it. The crew worked hard and tirelessly. They are extremely skilled and experienced. I just cannot say enough about them. The most polite, happiest, friendliest, trust worthy, honest and accommodating crew you will ever hire. For the final day, Angel wanted us to walk through with him and point out any concern we had and he would fix it. There were hardly any, and to be honest he found all of them. He addressed them and in the end, asked us again if we were happy? That right there is Zaga roofing. They guarantee their work and they want you to be happy (not just satisfied) with the results. It matters to them, which is pretty amazing. You won’t find a group with a better reputation, heart or track record. By the way, we did black metal seamless roof and vents. Board and batten metal siding and the wood siding in the lower section under the roof is also metal. We have had tons of compliments and people wanting to know who we had hired for the job. Even other friends who used to do roofing and siding have observed the craftsmanship saying these guys knew what they were doing❤️

I can't say enough good things about Zaga Roofing. They were so helpful in the process. They actually met with the insurance claims adjuster and got the guy on the roof and pointed out why a new roof was needed. They were helpful in so many ways, I can’t list them all. I feel you can’t go wrong the Zaga Roofing.

I've worked with Zaga Roofing twice; once on my own home and once on a building with a 10,000 sf roof. In a world where it's hard to find good customer service, Zaga exceeded my expectations. I had a new roof done by a contractor who made some serious mistakes which he did not correct. After 2 years we were getting ready to sell the house and needed the mistakes fixed right away. Abel at Zaga Roofing understood our roof issue and time line. He accurately assessed the problem, gave us an estimate, and soon had 2 very competent workers take care of our problem. ZAGA roofing was great! In just over a week they extended our gables, removed 3 chimneys and 3 layers of old roofing, put on new sheathing and shingles. They did an amazing job adjusting areas of our roof line that had previously caused leaking inside as well as water damage on the outside.

Great quality work! These guys know what they are doing. Had full TPO membrane roof installed and knocked it out in three days. Always went an extra step to make sure clean up was thorough and safe for the children to play in the yard. This was everyday before they left. My chimney was leaking pretty badly and I called Zaga roofing to come check it out. They were able to come out that next day and then actually fix our chimney that following day! We have had issues with our chimney leaking for almost two years and Zaga fixed our chimney within 2 days of notice! Stellar workmanship, and customer service. Able was a pure joy to work with. He was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer any questions I had. He was patient, and kind, (because I had a hard time picking a color). Setting a date to get the job done was timely, and FAST. I left for a 1 and a half day trip, and when I came back it was completely finished and beautiful! They did a wonderful job cleaning up, you couldn't even tell they had been there. We had zags roofing come and finish our roof. It was over half done but the original roofer Ean out of time. We were panicking and my son recommended them. 3 men came at7 am Saturday morning and we’re done by 10:15 AM. They were very fast and efficient and did an excellent job. Outstanding job! We spoke with local contractors in the area to find someone to replace our 24 year old roof. Everyone we talked to recommended Zaga Roofing. Art listened to all the concerns we had and truly listened to our desires for the finished look. I received the quote by the next day to begin looking at funding. When the time came to begin work on my house, the crew was there at the time Abel had said. The crew took off the old roof and put on the water barrier in 3 hours. They came back in the afternoon and completed the roof in the same day, despite the rain, hail, and wind. The crew was super quick, efficient, and friendly.

An impressive company. Abell responded within hours of my initial contact. Personally came and did an inspection of a very worn down, improperly installed, wind, snow and sun damaged roof. He took the time to explain each and every step of the re-roofing process, and how to deal with our insurance company. His crews arrived on time, did there work in a most professional manner, explained in detail how they were going to make repairs beyond just putting new shingles on. Each day (2 day job) They ensured any and all debris was cleaned up. After the work was done, Abell took pictures via a drone and verified if I was happy with the extra unexpected additional repairs.

A severe windstorm blew large pieces of roofing off our roof. The insurance company said to get quotes from 3 or 4 companies. I was first impressed with how quick you were to return my calls and how fast you were at getting us a quote, and once we chose you as our contractor, how quick you were to get us on your schedule and make it all happen, including the repairs to the rectory roof, that were unseen at the time of the quote. The fact that there was a church celebration on Saturday morning and you and your crew came in and stipped both roofs, made needed repairs and installed new roofing on both structures in a week, were all cleaned up and I mean cleaned up, couldn't even tell you had been there except for the new roofs. Not only did the owner, Abel Torres, contact us within 24 hours, he made personal visits to assess the damage and work out the details for our quote and insurance claim. Abel and his crew replaced the fascia and installed a new roof on our house and garage, as well as those of my grandparents who were also in need of repairs. We had Zaga Construction install new roof on our house recently. They showed up at 0800 and had old metal roof off of house, garage, and back porch in record time. Did all prep work for new asphalt shingles and installed in one day. They are fast, professional, honest and conscientious of customers needs. At end of job, they cleaned up all around the house including using a super magnet to pick up nails, using a leaf blower to blow off trash, etc. on roof. I would recommend this crew to anyone that needs a job well done and wants it done right the first time.

Recent winds made it obvious that our 24 yr roof wouldn’t make it to 25. Contacted Zaga Construction after a referral from another contractor. Abel came out the same day as our call, looked at our roof, talked options and gave us a quote right in line with other contractors. He is knowledgeable of industry standards and goes the extra mile. The crew had our 4000 sq ft roof done, from tear off to nailing the last shingle, in one day! They were thoughtful of the landscaping and did a careful cleanup when finished. Abel even brings their own “facilities” so not to disrupt the homeowner (big plus). I would call them again on the next big project.

My old roof was almost 39 years old, and in bad need of repair. Zaga Construction and Landscaping was recommended to me by my son and his wife. I was surprised by the quick response to come over to my house, give me a quote, and order the materials. I thought it would take days to complete the job, but it only took 6 hours to replace the entire roof, including a 3 car garage. They were very efficient, and cleaned up afterwards very promptly. I have already recommended Zaga Construction and Landscaping to some of my friends, and I know that they will be just as pleased as I was with their workmanship. I have never seen men on the job work as efficient and fast as they did, plus they were very friendly and courteous.

We had high wind damaged shingles on our roof. Abel was in our area, saw the damage, and stopped to talk with me. I got his business card. We needed to get the roof repaired and after the insurance settlement, we decided to replace the entire roof.

I called Abel to get a quote on the work. We talked about roofing products and quality. He is really knowledgable and shared ideas regarding specific products. Abel gave us a bid and we went with his company.

Due to on going weather conditions, we had to wait a short period of time. Eventually, supplies arrived and a short time later, our roof replacement was completed. The actual work took a day and a half. We had two layers of roofing material that had to be removed.

The crew were very efficient. The work area around our home was fully cleared of all debris. The bring their own port-a-potty!

I had Abel and his crew install a sprinkler system in my 1 acre yard. They were reasonably priced and did great work. His crew was fast and the job was done quickly. Abel guaranteed his work and has not disappointed me at all. He blows out the lines in the fall and starts up the system in the spring. If I have an issue he works me into his schedule to get it solved. I recommend Zaga Construction and Landscaping to anyone who needs work done. You won't be disappointed hiring this company.

We had a damaged roof which would certainly left us vulnerable to more damage if it rained. We needed a roofing contractor immediately. A friend suggested we try Zaga Construction. They answered our phone call immediately and found a way to work us into their busy schedule.
