Contacted Illia (Z Custom Builders) from a trusted referral we received. He was prompt to reply and scheduled a time to meet. Our project was to design and complete a finished bar in our basement.

Illia quickly scheduled the cabinet designer to meet with us at our property to gather our thoughts on the project. Within a relatively short time we then met to review, adjust and approve the final bar design. He then scheduled a time to visit the granite company for us to select the slab.

Within a reasonable time, the cabinets were delivered and precisely installed. Granite templating scheduled and within a week’s time installed.

We had our roof redone and Illia was very responsive and kept us up to date during the construction process. His timeline and budget quotes were spot on.
