I called Ed Yunk in the beginning of May because after a tree removal, I discovered a large hole in my 90-year-old slate roof. This was an emergency situation in the beginning of the outdoor construction season, and I knew it was going to be difficult for any good outfit to find the time to get it done. Ed and Evan showed up with all the right tools and equipment to fix my antique roof, got up there, chopped out the bad decking and members, replaced as needed, and replaced additional broken slate tiles in the rest of the roof. I couldn't be happier and more grateful with the results. They were above and beyond what I could have reasonably expected. If I could give them six stars, I would.

Yunk Roofing & Remodeling replaced our existing roof plus added a beautiful shed roof over our existing deck this past summer. They also tore up the old wood deck boards and railing on our upper deck and replaced it all with composite Trex material. I think we spent more time outside enjoying our shaded deck this summer than we spent inside. Everything turned out just like we imagined. The crew stayed on the job until it was done and they always listened to our concerns and addressed everything we asked them to. They didn’t rush the job and everything turned out really nice. Thanks to Ed Yunk and his crew for allowing us to have such a nice summer enjoying home like we’ve never been able to before.
