Bob's Property Management

Bob has completed a few small jobs for me, and recently rebuilt a large retaining wall. He has always been prompt, and provided excellent work at a fair price. Bob and his helper Anthony busted their butts in summer heat. Bob has earned my future business.

I first met Bob a few years ago when I called in response to a local ad that said “no job too small”. The concrete job I had was too small for everyone else, but Bob did the job with the same attention and skill as if he were pouring an entire estate. His price was fair, and he was knowledgeable about many other things I inquired about and always respectful. When it came time for the big rehabs I needed, after my own research, he was the only contractor I called. The bid developed and was adjusted to an acceptable price with discussion about the quality of materials and the extent of the projects. Bob is a great general contractor because he has an extensive stable of craftsmen and laborers plus he knows how to do everything and does get involved in the actual work when necessary, not just supervising. My job included deck replacement, porch replacement, soffit and fascia, concrete, and electrical. My next small job with Bob will be for window repair and down the road I will have big jobs for roofing and retaining wall work. I will again research on my own for these projects but I already think I will go with Bob. Besides the quality and the price, he is insured and bonded and has all the legal licenses. Ask him to show you some pictures of other jobs like the one you need. He has already done everything.

Bob always comes through. From the smallest repairs to large jobs I can count on Bob to do it right, and in a timely manner. He is professional and courteous, and prices are fair and reasonable. Highly recommended.

Got in a serious jam with my roof.
