Seth is prompt and his services are reasonably priced. I called Seth on July 4th for assistance with my rental. He answered right away. He was willing to come out same day, if needed. I had him come out the next day since it wasn’t emergent. He called the renters to give them a heads up when he’d be there and let me know when he’d completed the job. Sent me an invoice for the services after he finished and it was consistent with his bid. I’ll definitely be using Seth again because he’s prompt, reliable, does quality, clean work and is reasonably priced.
