Jeremy and Myndi Nixon with Nixon Roofing are the only roof vendor we use for repairing and replacing roofs. They do all of our personal properties and rental properties. And just in case you don't read the full review... Our favorite things about the Nixon family is the fact that they treat you like family. They're fair, honest and if you don't need a new roof yet they'll tell you and just do the repairs needed to keep it going until it's time to replace it. They did that on a large, two story 15 unit complex we had. They said, "it's time to replace it but if you're not quite ready you need to fix this area and this area and you'll be good for a little bit longer." That helped give us time to save up for the roof replace which they just did last month.

Jeremy and his team has exceeded our expectations time and time again. We had a roof leak on Thanksgiving weekend a couple years back and they came out Saturday morning to crawl through the attic to inspect it and then do a quick repair. The last snow storm was tough on a flat roof we had. The snow was melting but the downspouts were still frozen and packed with debris. Jeremy and his crew came out and did what needed to be done so the water could flow properly. We have a dozen other stories like this where we needed an emergency repair yesterday and they showed up ASAP. They've always had our back and that's why they'll always have our business.

Their pricing is always on point. If one of their quotes came in higher than someone else we would still hire them, we wouldn't beat them down on the small price difference and we would feel very good knowing we have a great roofing team on speed dial that will show up when needed as quick as we call them. On a side note, we've used them so many times for roof repair and replace jobs that we don't second guess their prices or shop around anymore. We just say, "when can you do it?"

You won't be disappointed if you hire them to do your next residential or commercial property.
