Windows are absolutely amazing! Salesmen and project manager were easy to work with and professional. Sub-contractor/installer completed job, slightly unprofessional.

Full disclosure I am an employee of YHIC but I recently purchased windows for my home. nick did a great job of making sure everything was done properly!

Kyle Brooks did an outstanding job, while Kyle was
exemplary his support left something to be desired they sent the wrong toilet and didn't have the corner grab bar that was in our contract. They were notified about the toilet issue one the first day of the job and by the end of the job on day 3 they still have not even found or aquired the correct toilet or the corner grab bar

Wylie & Zakk did a shower instalation for my mom & dad. They are very perfesional, they asked questions of what my parents preferred,explained through the whole instalation process. They were clean organized & friendly, easy to talk to, and they were very tolerant of our Chihuahua . Fast and efficient.
Will definitely recommend these guys!

I am shocked that this company receives good reviews. I ordered windows. The first time they were supposed to come out they were a no call no show. I only received a call after I inquired why they didn't show up. Rain was the reason. Ok, I can deal. I rescheduled. Then a guy shows up unannounced and unscheduled. I'm at work and I see this guy trying to get into my house on my camera, so I call the cops. Levi the project manager didn't see anything wrong with this. Was completely unsympathetic about the scare. He just wanted me to know I signed a contract and they did nothing wrong so I would be out money if I don't let them replace my windows. I will not use this company in the future. If Google would let me, I would upload the video.

Kyle Brooks did a wonderful job on our bath remodel. It is professional and beautifully done. He told us everything that was being installed and measured to our specifications. Great job!! Would recommend him any time.

Kyle Brooks saved this tub to shower install! Without his craftsmanship and dedication this install could have a different ending. We are so pleased with the outcome that I’d recommend Kyle Brooks for any remodel job!

Part of the shower was good the Part from the sales men to the person that came to go over the building of the shower had some problems than the person that came to build the shower had trouble and another person had to Come and finish the job it is nice when it finely got done !

Things went smoothly and it looked great. The shower looks great and we added a shower door to it which really made it look super cool. I highly recommend this company. They did a fantastic job. As a senior citizen the shower will be easier to get in and out of.

Our windows were put in by Brad Gilly they look amazing he even cleaned the windows inside an out. with glass cleaner, easy to work with he has been putting windows in for 40 yrs so we knew they were going to be done right. 4/16/25

From start to finish we were helped by courteous and knowledgeable people. The work was done on time and exceeded our expectations. I can’t say enough about Wylie and Zakk: they did beautiful work, paid careful attention to detail and were two of the nicest guys you could ever meet.

Wiley & Zack replaced 2 bathrooms showers in our home working for YHIC they did excellent work. They were very personable & caring about their work. Our new showers are absolutely beautiful. We purchased 13 windows, a patio door, and three outside doors with storm doors from YHIC out of their Billings office. Brad, the installer, was/is top notch. There are people who do installation work and there are master craftsmen. Brad is a master craftsman. He communicates thoroughly, works hard, goes the extra mile, and does incredible work.

The quality of the windows and doors is fantastic. I honestly have never lived in a home with windows as great as these. We had them installed over the month of February. The difference in internal temperature is huge!

We would gladly do business with YHIC again and strongly recommend the Billings, MT branch for windows and doors to everyone

Tom Cassity came in and was very knowledgeable with everything very friendly and has talked us through everything they are going to do with our tub.

Kyle Brooks did a great job on my bathroom. Replaced tub with walk in shower, new vanity, new floor and new toilet. Kyle made sure everything was done correctly and did great clean up. I would recommend him to anyone doing bathroom remodeling.

My installer was Cole C. out of Billings, MT. I couldn't be more satisfied. He is not just an installer but a true craftsman. My new shower is beautiful!

Kyle Brooks was our installer for 2 bathrooms and he’s outstanding! The guest bath was a shower/tub unit but the master bathroom was a lot more involved. It was a huge demo of subway tile to the ceiling in the shower and subway tile around the free standing tub. It was multiple days of demo!
Kyle was here every morning by 7:30 ready to work and he cleaned the areas at the end of each day also.
We had to go out of town for medical appts for 4 days and when our grandson went to work on those days, he left the door unlocked for Kyle. That’s how much we trusted him!
The finished areas look wonderful and we’re happy that it was accomplished.

Darren and Riley were very thorough explaining options for our bathroom remodeling, very patient with our questions. Very knowledgeable young men.

Product came in early which was a nice surprise. Cole was great when it came to communicating throughout the whole process. Every day he cleaned up thoroughly which is a huge plus! He did have concerns about toilet reinstall and handled that before leaving. New shower looks amazing and I know it is not going to leak any longer. I would recommend this company to others. Cole was very kind and even helped me back out of the garage between a van and a pickup so I could pick up my grand daughter!

There is no way I can describe what Tom and Riley, along with their boss, Kyle, have just done for me. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to what they just did for me and their customer relations is absolutely brilliant! Cole was the installer putting in my Alexis tub. He worked very hard and I even got to test it out before he was finished. I am very pleased with how everything turned out.

Tom came and reviewed some options for us on windows and bathroom tiling for our house. We are very excited unfortunately it's not in our ballpark right now but he did an excellent job on making it personal. I felt like I had a walk through of my own house and I had options to fall in love with our home again. Thanks Tom!

Darren was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the windows that he was representing today. He did not waste my time but was very though going over every aspect of the windows, installation process as well as time frames.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This is the most unethical and unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not only did they constantly lie to me, they wasted my time and money. I hired them to do a bathroom remodel for me and they showed up, tore my house apart and disappeared for a month. At the first sight of a problem they created they blamed me, their subs, and anyone else they could but refused to take any responsibility. After continuing to lie to me and not show up for appointments I terminated the contract. After terminating the contract all of the materials that I had to buy I was told that I could come get in Billings. So after taking a whole day to drive to Billings to pick up my materials I was informed that they were lost. How in the hell does a company loose an entire jobs worth of materials? This company is a complete joke. I beg anyone who is considering using this company to look elsewhere. This company does not care about you, your time, your family, or even your project. The only thing they care about is how much money they can screw you out of. Yes I am an extremely disgruntled customer and I will continue to tell everyone my experience and turn as many customers away from this company as I can. Do not get ripped of like I did!

Kyle our installer was great. He did a great job. He even worked hard on getting replacement trim and fixtures when the company sent the wrong ones. Took us 3 months to get the project completed but overall happy with the shower.

We had Nathan install our small walk-in shower. He did such an amazing job and was very friendly and professional!! I would highly recommend him for any bathroom installs you might have!!

So we bought the shower for a remodel and Nate came down yesterday and started it and at the time he told me he would be finished by the next day I thought he was crazy but today he came and at 3;00 he was all down and did a awesome job very nice young man.

Had a walk-in shower to replace a tub shower and replace old walk-in shower. Process went well even tho the measurer measured wrong on the shower pan. Kyle Brooks did a wonderful job of making it work and all of his work was outstanding.

Nathan arrived to my home with a job of upgrading my shower/bathtub. He was very punctual and explained to me what he was going to do. He had all the equipment and tools he needed to accomplish the job. He knew what was required to complete his task without any assistance. He did not need any additional assistance in his job. When Nathan left my home at the end of the day he had all of his equipment and tools cleaned up and compacted into the shower floor. Upon his return the next day he was very punctual and proceeded to start his job.upon completion of the job he cleaned all areas he needed to work in. I was extremely satisfied with his work.

I could not ask for a more professional person then Darren. He made the process so simple. I am so excited to see the finished product

We got a consultation from Darren on getting our master shower remodled by Bath Planet. He gave such a thorough and informative presentation on their products! I can’t imagine going anywhere else to have our shower remodled!

Michael came by our place to provide us with an estimate for window replacement. We are still not sure what we will end up doing, but Michael was great. Very knowledgeable, personable, and easy to ask questions to.

We had Bathplanet come and replace our tub with a walk-in shower 3yrs ago, they were very professional and we absolutely love our shower , highly recommend Bathplanet and would use them again!

Michael and Chris came and gave us a thorough, detailed and knowledgeable consultation on a bathroom remodeling. If you want a real set of materials and options, these guys will give you all the info. They also discovered a huge moisture problem in my flooring.
Prices are definitely high.

I’ll make this short as possible.
We had YHIC put a shower in our master bathroom a few years ago and we loved it and always had a plan to go with them for our upstairs bathroom.

This has been a horrible experience. First the installer showed up at 11 or 12 am and left at 2:30ish pm because the plumber needed a part. Then didn’t show up until Wednesday at 11am again and still didn’t finish left a little later like 4pm. Finally showed up again on Friday and was at my house until 630pm but mis cut a panel. I get it mid cuts happen and it stinks but what are you going to do. The mis cut happened Friday March 8th 2024.

So we waited and I received an email on March 18th saying our product arrived and we will get a call for scheduling to finish the install. I waited until early April and when I hadn’t received a call I reached out to the scheduler and we went back and forth for a a couple weeks and finally by April 20th we were on the schedule.

The installer arrived late morning with the panel and nothing else. Had to use my plumbers tape and level. No caulk, so again the finish was delayed. There were a couple of delays that kept us without a shower upstairs until Friday (the same week April 20th). Finally, the bathroom was caulked and finished, we just needed the caulk to dry over night (the bathroom was finished around 11am on Friday).

My wife decided to take a shower Saturday morning around 11am and then gave our twin boys a bath. Well the plumber did not connect the pee trap correctly and we had the bathwater flow into the ceiling and down our wall into the crawl space. The ceiling eventually couldn’t handle the water and we had water all over our kitchen and dinning area.

Here we are 3 weeks after and no solution. A different plumber came over right away and fixed the pee trap so we do have a bath and shower but our ceiling is still wet/damp and it just seems like YHIC is not helping come up with a plan. It’s delay after delay or excuse after excuse.

The photos show where the water settled, damage to our floors and ceiling. What it doesn’t show is the insulation and walls are damp still so mold is a concern of mine.

We choose YHIC because we loved the result of the first job. But now it seems since we already paid for this they do not care about their customers unless they are paying. I feel there is no more money for YHIC to make so they are putting this off as long as possible.

I get things happen, mistakes happen. I’m fine with that it’s the fact that there seems to be no effort on their end to make this right. I’ll update review if/when this gets resolved. Thank you for reading. P.S. This was a five star review.

Still no help from YIHC. Had to call my home owners insurance and my house has been torn a part since late May. Just very unprofessional from a large company.

I guess we have a useable poorly caulked bathroom upstairs. It only cost $12,000 plus a ruined kitchen and dinning room. Man I got ripped off. Don’t let this happen to you.
