Mike and Ethan installed a new Genie opener for me today, they were quick on the install. When I tried programming the door opener to the home link on the car apparently it takes two to do it one in the car and one in the garage on a ladder I wish I had them here to help program it.

Great customer service!! We had a miscommunication on a metal color and they took full responsibility for it even after I tried to take my share of the blame. Problem was fix and delivered on the same day. Outstanding!!!

I had a new garage door and opener installed in my home by Mike at Kauffman Metals. Mike did a good job with the installation but he did have to make a second trip due to a parts issue. After the parts issue was corrected he completed the work and did an outstanding job. I would recommend Mike and Kauffman Metals.

We had a slight problem with an order that got delivered this morning. It was partially our fault because we didn't look at the metal when we bought it. The delivery driver took it back. He was a wonderful man. Within a few hours, they sent another truck with a machine and roll of tin and made our roofing on the spot. That man was very nice as well. i don't know the mens names, but Tena in the office is wonderful! Would high recommend Kauffman's. We've been getting roofing there a long time but today they went above and beyond in my book. Great company and great people!
