We used a consultation service with YouNameIt twice! The first was an assessment of an existing shed to help plan a project for renovation and the second was a walkthrough of a new home we intended to buy to help us confidently waive the inspection in order to compete in the current market.

In both cases, John was punctual, prepared, and proactive. He found things we wouldn't have thought to look for and provided unbiased opinions on how to best proceed with any renovations and concerns. Communication during and after the walkthroughs was clear and efficient.
