I cannot say enough good things about Brittivia. We had our dream deck in mind ( expanding our current deck and building a deck around a pool we planned to install) and consulted them last winter. Starting with the consult visit to the end they helped us to design the oasis of our dreams to fit within our budget. Justin and Kevin were excellent with all communication and kept us at ease as this was a huge project and we were quite nervous. The deck came out amazing and we are just so happy with the whole process. The work is perfection.

I worked with Justin, John and their team to add a new deck made of composite decking to replace the temporary (not to code) old wooden stairs that led into the mudroom entrance.
Additionally I needed the mudroom gutted and refreshed with new windows, light, screen door and solid entry door into the house. It is so much nicer and bright!
John and Justin coordinated with me to make sure the project worked out and all the details were addressed to completion. With a 10 year warranty (transferrable) I have no concerns about the work done. Thanks to all who helped.

We are looking to add either a 1/2 bath or a full bath. I called to make an appointment, after reading up on them and doing my research. The phone call to set up the appointment was pleasant and spoke VERY CLEARLY. That was very nice, we could understand everything this person was saying. He was very polite and answered all my questions and set up my appointment perfectly.
John came out with a happy smile and very pleasant to talk to. What he did when he first got there after the “hellos” he said, “ would you like me to take me shoes off?” ( PERFECT!!)
We said, no no but we really appreciated the gesture. We told John what we were looking for and our budget and he was so helpful to work with us as much as he could.

Brittivia team was great. Everything was exlpained by justin from the beginning with a sample of some of the materials. The team worked diligently to complete my deck. Hade a representative from this company come out to estimate several projects totaling 70k still have not received an estimate on doing the work but was told I could get a free fire pit or smoker grill just wanted a general contractor to complete several projects not a good choice

We called Brittivia to have a support beam in our basement fixed. They came out quickly and fixed everything better than expected! They really made the process easy and worked with our schedule. Brittivia definitely helped us out and were easy to work with!

They were very good setting up for the job and listen to what I was saying about the metal falling off with the wind the did a very good job bending the metal and securing it so it will stay a long time awesome job done.

We had a great experience working with Justin. During our first appointment Justin explained in detail the Trex material used to build the deck and stairs. He spent alot of time speaking to us about Brittavia and the owner. He designed the deck with us, colors to choose, and followed thru with site visits( same day any workmen where here) to make sure we we were pleased with the work. He always got back right away on text/ email or calls. Justin is very genuine, we felt very confident working with him. It was the first deck we’ve down, so nervous at first. Brittivia company was very easy and friendly to deal with. They went above and beyond the work that was needed and fixed everything that had to be fixed instead of just putting the roofing on top of old materials. It took them more time and energy to do it but the owner John told us that he would rather do it right than finish it fast. Not my first remodel and every other remodel were in an area with several good GC’s. There are few good GC’s in the metro Boston area that are good and scaling in size with their work. More importantly with solid sub contractors. Good quality.

About a year ago my roof started leaking and I just kept pushing it off and I finally came to a decision that it was finally time to get it fixed and I Hurd of this company Brittiva Decks and Porches I heard nothing but great things about this family owned company. I gave John a call witch is the owner of company he put me on the seclude the very next day. He came out and gave me a quote witch was very reasonable he asked me when I would be ready to start and I told him in about a month and he said that would totally work and had me on the schedule for next month. All his dates were spot on and the finished product was amazing I couldn’t be more happy.

John was easy to communicate with and work with. People that come to do the work were polite and professional. Work done in a timely manner. Rebuilt decks came out beautiful and solid. Also had painting and power washing done which came out excellent. Would highly recommend

Had a few waterproofing projects that needed to be done - deck flashing/repair, siding replacement, gutters, and some old window frames that had already been caulked once.

Brittivia did a good job planning and carrying out the work - we looked at a couple options for replacing some damp vertical siding, and it looks like they were able to save the deck's ledger boards with flashing that probably should have been installed back when the deck was built. The window flashing looks nice and goes well with the paint color, the gutters are doing their job, and it looks like all of the areas they worked on are staying nice and dry when it rains.

As a new homeowner who can't quite afford to renovate everything from the ground up yet, I'm happy that we were able to take care of some important deferred maintenance at a reasonable price. They did a close inspection of the problem areas before issuing an estimate, and they warranty their work, so I feel confident that I won't be revisiting these issues anytime soon.

These guys are amazing. From the salesman to the workers and the final product… What a professional team that knows what they’re doing. I had them do our roof that needed to be stripped, and re-shingles. Everything was done perfectly and cleaned up at the end so it looks like no one was even there. The price was the price, the dumpster & materials were delivered on time and the crew was like a well oiled machine- I am still in shock that it came in just a little cheaper than I was quoted after the project was finished !!!!
