Danielle and Louis were easy to work with, and their crew did a great job fixing my exterior house paint issues around my house in Somers.

Needed front door repainted and a few parts of my property powerwashed. Their team was prompt, hard-working, dedicated, talented and professional, and the results look amazing! No complaints, would definitely use their services again!

Our old kitchen was 15 years old and was beginning to show some wear and tear. (See photo: oak cabinet and tan backsplash.) Luis and his fine crew worked tirelessly and meticulously. They sanded, cleaned, primed and painted our kitchen cabinets and added new hardware and handles. They removed our existing tile backsplash, installed new sheetrock and replaced the backsplash with one that is more modern. Luis upgraded our outlets and switches and moved and hung a new light fixture after his crew painted. Voila--a brand new kitchen! We are soooo happy!!
You should know, we first called Luis @ Yorktown Painting some 30 years or so ago. Over the years, for us, he has done exterior house painting, interior painting, refinishing our wood floors, tiling, and much more. He is a perfectionist and has a stable crew who take his direction well. Thank you again, Luis.

The best experience start to finish we’ve ever had with a contractor, hands down. Luis is courteous, honest and 100% professional. Daniela in the office was responsive and wonderful to deal with. The crew showed up every morning on time, worked extremely hard and finished the project ahead of schedule to accommodate our upcoming Christmas party. Luis' crew repaired and replaced all our 15-year old window trims. This team is one of best I have experienced. They prioritize delivering a high-quality job over other things. My house is tall and it required a lot of dedication and patience on tall ladders. The job lasted 4-5 days. The crew left my house by the end of every day back to a clean and normal state to minimize the impact to our life. His crew worked hard and did a fabulous washing, repairing and painting job of the exterior.

Danielle at the customer service is also very kind and very responsive. She listened to my request and did a great job communicating with me about contract, timeline and payments.

***UPDATE: I used Yorktown Painting for a third time - this time to fully refinish wood floors and paint the entire interior of my new home. The job was immaculate! All of Luis’s staff are incredibly thorough and talented. They can do anything! I had a few odd jobs I asked them to do while they were here, and they completed them all without fuss and for very reasonable add-on prices. I priced out several companies for this big job, and Yorktown Painting was very well priced. But more importantly, the work is perfect. Luis strives to make his customers 100% happy, and he certainly did with me. Hire this service!!!!

My husband and I bought a house and we needed interior painting and floor staining asap. I found Yorktown Painting Inc online and decided to call because of the 5 stars reviews. When I met Luis for a free consult, I knew I could trust him because of his professional experience. He and his crew delivered in such an amazing and effective manner! The trims on my walls and the interior painting are to die for! My home looks more spacious and we keep getting compliments from everyone. Our floor had so many scratches before and Luis was able to cover those and give us brand new floors just by doing the staining. We are beyond happy with Yorktown Paiting Inc. We used Yorktown painting to paint our kitchen cabinets. They did an excellent job. The entire staff is very professional. Good quality is the most important thing to me in the work I do in my home. Luis’s guys are hard working, reliable and careful in what they do. He completed my bathroom renovation after another contractor started and disappeared after just doing a small amount. He was precise on details and did a beautiful job and at a fair price. He also painted the ceiling in one room at a different time. Tiny job (because I was replacing a ceiling light fixture so it made sense) but it wasn’t too small for him to do.

Luis and crew where very professional and the work was excellent. Their workmanship was beyond my expectations. They were neat and cleaned up daily. I would definitely recommend them for your painting needs. The pricing was very reasonable. I will use them on my next job.

I have been doing business with Yorktown Painting since 1995. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my house. Their work is outstanding and the attention to detail you just don’t find anywhere else. I have used Yorktown Painting for sheetrock, doors, windows, moldings, flooring and stone masonry..
The men are hard working, always friendly and most importantly they leave the house clean every night they leave.

Yorktown Painting was used by us to do a challenging wallpaper project which included removal of old paper and preparation of all surfaces. Ceiling repair and painting was also done on interior doors and moldings. All work was done with exceptional care and precision. Noteworthy was the draping of surrounding rooms to limit dust as well as end-of-day cleanup (the total job lasted about a week). Luis’ wallpaper skills were laudatory as were the extra care and attention to any requests we made. Certainly expect to call on Luis and his team in the future.
