Their prices are outrageous! Twice what they should be charging .50 cents for a regular one inch screw? Insane. And the staff, usually friendly, but 3 of the last 4 times I've been there the person behind the register found it more important to gab with a customer about the weather or the guard cat than to tend to the business of the paying customer waiting at the register. I think it's time for Ace to get back to the basics of customer service and fair prices and stop thinking they own the town of York. I guess it's good to have this businesses in town for emergency purposes only.

The epitome of a great small town hardware store. Friendly, helpful, staff that remember your name. An astoundingly wide selection for a store of its size...everything from electrical boxes to power saws to grills to coffee makers. And prices that, depending on the item, often don't deviate far from the big box stores in the big towns.

Everybody always tries their best to help you out. Went in today looking for barbecue supplies and got what I needed. Love the cat!!

Well the young lady seemed to not be trained on item location in the store, she had to look it up on her phone while munching on snacks. The older gentlemen knew the location right away, and he was very friendly, nice and very helpful.
I bought two sets of tester paint, it looked like it been on the shelf for awhile.

Nice store;had a lot of products for a small hardware store. Had a pleasant shopping experience and was greeted and followed around by the friendly live-in cat. Will be going there now for all my plumbing and hardware needs now.

I love ACE. They have almost everything you could need for home improvement.. But I personally love the staff here and Don't have any complaints plus they have a store pet cat that is such a lover

Greeted as soon as you walk in. Help locate product right away. Does need signage for key maker's new location.

Employees were rude and short when the computer didn’t ring up my moms items at the right discounted price two days in a row. The first time a man was checking out my moms items and the second time a young blonde girl. The girl got snippy when my mom told her the wrong price was rung up. Corrected it but was not pleasant.

Didn't have the key blank I needed made, but the team member worked hard to find a replacement. Very friendly team.

Always can find you what you are looking for if they can't they will tell you where you can go to try and help you get what you need, Amazing
