Best experience I've had with an insurance company of any kind! The level of care and concern as a customer is outstanding! I would absolutely recommend American family insurance and especially the Angie Murray Pate associates location to any and all of my friends.

This is the best insurance company out there hands down nice agents really meets the needs of us I'm on fixed income and they handle my insurance with so much care I have been to a few companies either they are way to expensive or the policy went up for no reason or explanation I have not ever had that problem here! I haven't had any problems with ins. I have multiple vehicles insured n a home. At time I hav to drop a veh coverage cuz vehicle stop working g and it's just a txt or click to inform and fast service. In all 16 +yrs of Am. Fam as ins. I only regret one incident involving my life ins. policy.Got quoted a whole life at same price term and took out the loan to find out I was denied from a simple smoking ? My Dr reported. Now I have to repay n it's at a time I almost gota drop my life insurance all together aftr having it 24 yrs.

Quick , friendly, no hassle honestly there for you ! I've always dreaded working with people in this field because it always seamed like they were always trying to find loop holes to get out of it but they gladly take your word and experience and make it a point to help you any way they can !

My vehicle suffered damage during a trip. In the aftermath, American Family went right to work to get everything taken care of. I didn't have to "argue my case" or jump through hoops. Getting a rental vehicle was a simple process. The repair place did excellent work. This process could not have gone more smoothly. I am very pleased with the experience.

I have had American Family Insurance for many years and have been very well pleased. In the recent past however I had a claim dispute with AmFam and Angie went to a great deal of extra effort for me and resolved the dispute in my favor. Although I am sure rates are favorable my main interest is having an agent that appreciates my business and supports my needs. In that respect Angie has proven herself and again I am well pleased.
